Order an ice coffee with less ice 1/3 cup (bottom cup). The crew member gave me 2/3 cup of ice try to lie to me is less ice but they note were never marked down. And gave a huge bad services with arguments.

On April 11, 2025, I visited the Dunkin' Donuts located at 4912 Fort Hamilton Parkway, Brooklyn, NY 11219, and placed a prepaid order for a hot cappuccino. However, the male employee at the register gave me a hot latte instead. When I politely informed him of the mistake and asked for the cappuccino I had paid for, he rudely refused, dismissively saying it was “basically the same thing” and told me to “stop being a baby and drink it.” I explained that as a paying customer, I expected to receive the item I ordered, but he continued to mock me, telling me to stop whining while smirking and acting arrogantly. Other customers came to my defense, urging him to correct the mistake and stop treating me poorly, and even his manager reprimanded him. Despite this, he remained disrespectful and ultimately handed me a cold cappuccino that tasted awful, clearly done out of spite. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The staff at this location demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, ethics, and respect for customers. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this Dunkin' Donuts due to their poor service and unacceptable behavior.

Despite my request for less ice in my

order, it was ignored, even after I

complained. They claimed they couldn't

accommodate it, although "less ice" is a

standard option in every other store.

I just saw a customer accidentally pick up the wrong mobile coffee order and later return it after realizing it wasn’t hers. The worker gave her the correct coffee but then put the USED drink back for the original mobile order instead of making a new one. That’s absolutely unacceptable and unsanitary—this is exactly how viruses and illnesses spread. Beyond lazy.

Went for a pick up order at 5pm and owner said it was closed even though they closed at 10pm. While the store had all of its lights on and the owner was talking to the cops. Could’ve gave me a refund and close the location on the app but sure, keep the store open.
