This Dunkin never has any regular donuts available. When you order a donut for a mobile pickup order they won't have it in the bag and won't say anything or remind you that the donut isn't in there. Multiple times I had ordered their $6 meal deal and had chosen decaf because it's included in the meal but it would always be caffeinated. Looks like no one there cares about quality or their customers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve ordered from this location, probably more than a dozen times using Uber eats, DoorDash, seamless… doesn’t matter, though, because every time you order from there, they will never ever ever ever get your order right. There will always be something missing, an ice cream flavor wrong, a topping not where it should be…and you will always have to contact the delivery service for a refund. They don’t care, but every time you request a refund, the delivery service puts a suspicious mark on your account; making the person that’s ordering look like the person that’s creating the problem when it’s Baskin-Robbins that’s not fulfilling the order properly. Today, my wife and I – who are both sick and running a fever – ordered ice cream. One Oreo layered sundae, and one double scoop of ice cream with peanut butter and hot fudge. We got a call from the store- they’re out of Oreo…okay, sub Reese’s. No problem. Except we didn’t receive Reese’s. In fact- we didn’t receive anything close to what we ordered. We received one scoop of ice cream (flavor unknown) and a quart of ice cream. Completely not what we ordered. We paid a delivery fee to have this sent to us and the store has the nerve to instruct us to “bring it back”. So I had to, sick as I am, drive to the store to return the ice cream that I didn’t order so that they could take it and put it back on the shelf and sell it to someone else. No remorse. No apology. Despite that I had to pay a fee for them to bring it to me and then have to get it back into my car and bring it back to them. The least they can do is offer me something…a genuine apology, ‘can I get you something else instead’, like literally ANYTHING…instead, a blank stare. If you are reading this and you are even thinking about going there… Don’t.

Received old/stale decaf that wasn’t fresh. Front employee warmed the coffee twice when he said he would make fresh decaf.
He lied.
People pay 4 dollars for a hot coffee to get it fresh, otherwise you go and get it from the Deli for 1 dollar.

Very unhelpful staff. Even as a paying customers they refused to let us to use the bathroom. They made my husband to walk 8 blocks just to find a bathroom. Avoid this place at all cost. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I went into Dunkin’ to order an iced tea and was surprised to see a woman inside with two dogs on leashes. No one working there asked if they were service animals. She even took out a bowl and gave them water right in the dining area. As far as I know, this is not legal unless they are service dogs, and it’s certainly not sanitary. On top of that, my kids have a severe fear of dogs, which made the experience very uncomfortable for us.

Did a mobile order, first off if you’re out of stock for a drink the right thing to do is offer a refund. Now offering another drink for replacement is fine but if I don’t want it and just a refund then give the refund. Being told that no refund for mobile order you need “ call online support” is not helpful when there is no refund options. It’s ridiculous as this happens often here and there no way as a customer to know if your instock of items.

I ordered a plain cream cheese bagel and they sliced most of my bagel off and gave me so little cream cheese, they were being stingy with the cream cheese and gave me the smallest bagel I’ve seen, I paid full price for the smallest bagel. And on top of that, the workers were rude
