As the store consistently serves excellent food, the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant is always well-prepared every time I visit. The staff is consistently nice and never gives me any problems, especially with mobile orders. They are very efficient. However, I give it 3 stars for atmosphere because this is not a wheelchair-accessible store. Although it is spacious inside, there is a step at the entrance that could pose difficulties for parents with carriages and people with mobility devices. Despite this, it remains a great Dunkin' option in Brooklyn, and I will definitely return.

What can I say about this particular branch of DD? Well…it reminds me of the Cheers soundtrack. I’m a regular here and the friendly welcoming staff always make me feel a sense of community and joy with each of my visits.As far as the goods…it’s a Dunkin Donuts you either love it or hate it. I for one am addicted to their iced coffee and Bavarian cream donuts.

‼️READ IF YOU WANNA KNOW THE TRUTH‼️I normally go here. Years ago, they never disappointed me. But recently there’s some new employees that DO NOT know how to do their job. I usually order a SMALL Chai Iced Latte, shouldn’t be so hard right? But NO. There’s this ONE man who’s usually working there with hazel green eyes. The first time I ordered-I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW-but they messed up my ORDER SO BAD. I ordered a small chai latte, but guess what he gave me? A LARGE (NOT EVEN FULLY MIXED) Chai Latte. Are you KIDDING ME? I clearly said SMALL and somehow I got a LARGE. How did that man even mess up so bad? The worst part it wasn’t even fully mixed! The Chai was just sitting in the bottom. The drink was mostly milk with 1/8 of Chai..how did that employee even manage to do that. The lid was all messy with residue from other drinks. When I saw the guy give me a large obviously I wasn’t going to stay quiet. I told him, “I ordered a small” and all he said was “My bad.” How??!!! And why?!! I left instead of buying another one because I wasn’t going to spend another CENT here. I eventually threw it out because it wasn’t good. That wasn’t the first time either. One day I came back, BUT THANK GOD, he wasn’t there. It was some other gentleman who ACTUALLY KNEW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB and did a excellent job with my drink. One time even the MANAGER made my drink, and did a splendid job with it. But just make sure you don’t order if the guy with hazel and green eyes is there. He will find a way to MESS UP your order no MATTER how simple it is. Please read this, and make sure that employee isn’t there. The food is great, the place is clean and pleasing BUT there’s one very big experience spoiler - the restroom is not working! I came with 2 kids to have nice ice-creams and in the middle of our time one of them needed a bathroom.We were instructed to go to the nearby business to look for bathroom. The pizza place next block is well aware of this and not happy obviously.When we came back all tables were taken and our mood was ruined. Then one table became available but not enough chairs. I had to sit with my kid on one chair.And there was only one worker at night shift (4:30-5:45pm) . It was really busy!I wanted to contact the manager or the owner of this place but found no means of reaching them. The website that I was given is not working.Kid-friendliness: NO RESTROOM! You will have to go to nearby stores and ask for bathroom.

The only Dunkin on 18 Ave that gets your morning coffee and donut ? and bagel right. Trust me there are 3 of them in a 1-mile stretch. The Associates are very friendly and have most of the items in stock throughout the day including the Baskin' Robins!Being in the heart of Bensonhurst it can get very busy during peak breakfast times but orders are never more than 5 to 7 minutes to complete.Love coming in here when I can because it's always a big smiles environment and you know you can get help when you need it. Everything is made just right and tweaked to perfection.P.s They close at 10 even tho they look like their openVegetarian options: They have non-meat items on saleKid-friendliness: The Associates are very friendly with children and the menu has to non-caffeinated products.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a side entrance for wheelchair ♿️ accessibility

Average Dunkin' Donuts store. Donuts on one end and Baskin-Robbins on the other. Employees serve both ends. Sometimes you have to wait to be served because of ice cream orders. Donuts selection are limited later in the day. This is basically the same situation as in other Dunkin stores. I usually come here when I have a T-Mobile gift card. I do find the coffee at Dunkin is kinda watery and weak for my taste.
