I arrived at this location at 6:45p because I needed a pick me up and was informed that they are closed. As per the website, the hours are 5a-7p, and I am extremely disappointed that I was turned away with 15 minutes to spare for a cup of coffee.

I am really surprised to read all these negative reviews. My experience at this Dunkin Donut was one of the best. The manager and the associates were very professional and attentive. As a customer I felt very welcomed and appreciated. The best part of the visit was the tea. It was one of the best, just like how my mama would make it. The donuts and egg sandwich were on the money and hit the right spots. I will definitely be returning to this Dunkin Donut whenever I crave good breakfast and friendly customer service.

After asking for decaf at 10:16 am I thought they were making it, then told me they didn’t have any. I called them out and said grind the decaf beans. Which they then did. I asked for 3 sugar and milk and I get it back black. The worst

This Dunkin is Trash the whole team needs to be rehired been working in this plaza for over 7 years and going to this location for so long and the people that they hire managers and regular associates included always unprofessional nasty attitude not doing there job right will have arguments with the customers and today was my final straw with putting up with there unprofessional behavior like I get it the community ain't the nicest but still have some pride for the job that you have and better work ethic service is terrible the owner and the workers should feel shame for how they conduct themselves at this location.

Placed an online order and to my surprise a 🪳 ROACH was inside the Matcha latte. Called the restaurant to complain and they’re acting as if they cannot hear what I am saying. 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤢🤮

I am confused how they got a letter A for their business! I went inside to grab something and before the lady came to assist me and take my order she was handling the dirty cleaning bucket and all. I really watched her to see what she was going to do. She came- asked for my order, and then proceeded to serve me (disgusting). I asked her if she’s not going to wash her hands she was just handling the dirty things with. She did, then came back with her hands wet and had it all over the cup and lid as she continued to prepare my order and she had no qualms or bones about it. Needless to say, I cancelled the order. #How’s that sanitary!? 🤢

They suck! The new cookie dough drink that’s there the lady botched my drink and it’s disgusting! And when I went to get my money back she refused the drink was full yall! I took a sip and said it wasn’t it and asked politely if she can just return this and give me my money back.

The worker here doesn’t have any manners I kindly asked him to remake my drink and he declined Multiple times telling me that I hav to drink that refresher first before he gives me another one. Which I truly believes is unacceptable. Dunkin needs to work with their staff members so that can address customer in a more professional manner .

Horrible customer service, seems like the receptionist has no clue - how to communicate with the customers. He gave me smashed hash browns and tried overcharging - Avoid this place.
They always burn or over cook your food the women and have very nasty bad attitudes the womaen including the manager she's very nasty and they don't even know how to make they own signature drinks their advertising ridiculous need better training and maybe get some better women with attitudes that can cook or put the men to do everything they have better attitudes and cook better !
