The worker here doesn’t have any manners I kindly asked him to remake my drink and he declined Multiple times telling me that I hav to drink that refresher first before he gives me another one. Which I truly believes is unacceptable. Dunkin needs to work with their staff members so that can address customer in a more professional manner .

They always burn or over cook your food the women and have very nasty bad attitudes the womaen including the manager she's very nasty and they don't even know how to make they own signature drinks their advertising ridiculous need better training and maybe get some better women with attitudes that can cook or put the men to do everything they have better attitudes and cook better !

It's 6:44 pm 11/24/2023 and this location is closed. The sign on the door says they close at 7pm. The one guy that works inside is motioning to me that the location is closed. What kinda foolishness is this?????

Friendliest staff ever. I walk in, and the morning manager knows everyone's orders. He always greets his customers with a smile and also asks about my family. When my son switched to online ordering, he recognized his order.

Asked for a caramel iced latte. Waste of money...pure sugar even after I complained it was too sweet and was told to stir it. I did and it made zero difference. Dumped it and decided never to go to this location again. Plus the place looks like it's begging for a sweep. Don't know what happened to the staff that was there before but the staff I was serviced by today looked unprofessionally dressed. Don't need to see someone's underwear behind the counter.
