This specific location ALWAYS gets your order wrong it seems. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but I'm literally taking the time to for this Dunkin because whether or not you order online or in person, somehow something is wrong. I order almond milk in my drinks all the time, and am still consistently given the wrong milk and they assume it's not noticeable. I can also literally repeat my order to them in person, and somehow it'll STILL be wrong or missing something. Also they're always out of stock of something for days at a time, and it sucks cause this is one of the only coffee shops in the area. This Dunkin needs to do better.
AND DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY. THEY WILL ALWAYS MAKE YOU MISS YOUR TRAIN AND LATE WITHOUT FAIL. EVERY TIME.

I’ve been to this location a few times. Yeah, the service is not good. I asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese today, and it was barely that. Like the women put the lowest possible setting, so it was really chewy and difficult to eat. The coffee with 3 sugars tasted awful. No smiles, no warmth, no thank you??It’s a hard pass on this place.
