Dunkin Donuts Newkirk Plaza service is very poor. Long line waiting. Only 2 service workers. Needs a more faster efficient system.

I ordered 3 Chipotle Hashbrown wake up wraps, i was then handed 3 Chipotle Hashbrown Bowls. i informed the worker and she replaced my food with what i originally ordered without any chipotle at all and then they forgot an entire food item we ordered 0/10. go somewhere else š

This Dunkinā is honestly one of the best Iāve been to. The service is always quick, and the staff is super respectful and polite. The place is kept clean, and the vibe is always calm even during busy hours. I come here pretty often and they always get my order right. This Dunkin is Way better than the one on Avenue J and18th Ave.

Go to literally any other Dunkinā Donuts, Your food will either be made wrong, or youāll Have to deal with the worst staff ever. They should Close this dumpster fire of a store.
Also, donāt bother calling the phone this store doesnāt know how to set up a store phone. When i asked about calling a store phone the guy looked at me like i had 3 heads.
I swear no matter what time of day or who you get.

The entitlement some of the staff, specifically the 2 desi men have is insane. Youād think with how much people are paying, theyād have some basic respect, but nope. No professionalism, no courtesy, just attitude.At the end of the day, Iām the one putting money in your pocket. Without customers, you wouldnāt even have a job. Show some gratitude instead of acting like youāre doing us a favor.

EXTREMELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!! First I had code for free drinks with a purchase. When I told them both workers didnāt understand a word I said. I told them to see the free drink they must scan the code I was presenting to them. Both of them still didnāt understand. It felt like I was speaking to a wall. I got so mad I told them to just start the whole order over. I got the $6 meal instead. I donāt eat meat so I told them instead of a bacon egg and cheese i want an egg and cheese. I now open my bag to see a bacon egg and cheese. The lady didnāt ask how many sugar packets I want she told me. Iām extremely upset with the service. DUNKIN PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND OR SPEAK ENGLISH!!!

Idk why people expect a 5star service from a big brand company like Dunkin. Make your coffee at home if itās not to your liking and you canāt wait. š Spoiled people. The workers here are usually very nice and fix my drink when I ask. The best Dunkin in this area.
Very poor customer service. The staff is having difficulty processing your order because they barely comprehend english and ends up getting your order wrong, aside from that they are very rude.

I have been going to this location for years. Iāve had my drinks made perfectly but once the new manager came in as of recently, she is rude, does not know how to provide customer service properly and does not make the drinks as good as theyāre intended to be. She seems as if she does not know what she is doing. This is unacceptable. Do not come here if you want a bad experience!

After a long, hot day, thereās nothing like a good cup of coffee. We stopped by Newkirk Ave. getting a ticket. Guy said he was gonna put on a fresh pot, but he gave us an old stale black rusty cup of coffee. I was so aggravated that the coffee was old burnt coffee.

I know why this Dunkin has low ratings but out of the 3 in the area (ave J & 18th Ave) this is by far the best one out of all of them. I guess it depends what employees are on shift but I love the two dudes that are always there around noon. Those guys make my coffee perfect every time. Thereās also a young woman who works usually noon too, sheās also very good at fulfilling the order correctly.

Corporate really has to come and retrain the entire staff. Every time I get a drink it tastes like they put in different flavors than what I wanted. The Bengali manager there knows Iām a Karen so she waits for me take a sip to see if they made the drink properly . This is absolutely ridiculous.
