I’ve been to this location a few times. Yeah, the service is not good. I asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese today, and it was barely that. Like the women put the lowest possible setting, so it was really chewy and difficult to eat. The coffee with 3 sugars tasted awful. No smiles, no warmth, no thank you??It’s a hard pass on this place.

The staff here work really hard and I always see them running around trying to deal with the long line. Yes, it gets busy in the morning, but that's because the place is understaffed which is not their fault. From what I've observed, the people who actually take and fill the orders are trying their best. I'm impressed with how patient they are even when customers are rude to them.

This is the 3rd time I've gone in there and left with the completely wrong drink or bagel when there was absolutely no one in there, it was dead. No reason for them to mess up. I'm in a rush I don't have time for them to fix there mistakes just pay attention the first time and this place would be amazing. The ladies there are so sweet and kind I hope they pick up the slack bc I love those ladies in the morning. This morning I got a coffee dodged with sugar when I asked for none. Note I'm on the train with a full cup of coffee I can't even drink.

Dunkin/Baskin Robbins is survival food - good, strong light roast coffee, very sugary, empty calorie donuts, which to be fair are pretty much the standard for chains in this country anymore - I'm looking at you, Krispy Kreme! They have a variety of breakfast objects, and stuff that will fill your stomach, but not provide much real sustenance. Oh, and 31 flavors of pretty terrible ice cream.The Atmosphere reminds you that if you are eating here, you could have done better, although you have saved a little money. Service is good, in spite of the (I guess) low salaries. There are only 2 or so tables, and the decor tries to remind you to leave asap. Still, a neighborhood needs places like these, since the most of the diners have been pushed out.
Is always good to get your coffee, hot, iced or frozen. But they make ice coffee with hot coffee which melts the ice rapidly, it makes no sense to me, should be done with cold coffee so the enjoyment of your beverage last longer......?
