WORST dunkin ever! They wouldn't let anyone in even though the store opened an hour ago! People couldn't pick up their orders, the two women working there were just laughing and slowly stocking donuts in their pajamas. They should both be fired. Wth was that dunkin? Clearly they have 0 standards for their employees and how they operate as a whole.

Don't spend your money here. They open at 5am, but I arrived at 5:30p for mobile order, and the workers kept the door locked so no one could come in. Other people were knocking on it to pick up orders and left because they wouldn't let customers in. Clearly they had just arrived and started working whenever they felt like it. They didn't even acknowledge us at the door other than looking at us and continuing to talk to each other. I'll never spend my money at another Dunkin seeing how they treat paying customers. I never got my food, wasted time and money. I took pictures and would attack them to this review if I could. I'll have to settle for posting online.

The worst coffee I have ever had. It was good before. I took I small coffee two days. I had the same one I always have. The bengali lady, she added a very little milk with coffee, and now I had to throw the whole coffee. It’s nothing but trash! Worst dunkin store ever!!!!!!!!!

I arrived here at 6:40pm. Their hours were until 7pm but the man inside refused to open the door and signaled through the glass that he decided to close early today. If your hours are until 7pm then that should be honored unless you have zero staff.

I order a simple coffee at 5:43 in the morning through the app. I try to open the door to walk in 2 or 3 minutes after and the door is locked. I look in and they look like they only just getting the store up and running 45 minutes past opening time?!I couldn’t stick around much less bother to go through some back door process to get my 6 dollars back from the app. Stop hiring these ppl out of desperation and get quality workers or change management.
