I order a simple coffee at 5:43 in the morning through the app. I try to open the door to walk in 2 or 3 minutes after and the door is locked. I look in and they look like they only just getting the store up and running 45 minutes past opening time?!I couldn’t stick around much less bother to go through some back door process to get my 6 dollars back from the app. Stop hiring these ppl out of desperation and get quality workers or change management.

On the monitor it says 1 donut is for 1$ and around 20-40¢ how come the employee make me pay 5 dollars for 1 sprinkle chocolate and one powder donut??!Do explain and I would like to change my review.

I did order my coffee and Glazed donuts this morning. After speaking to them about two other incidents where I either had to come and wait or my order is not ready and I had to leave my donuts. It happened again this morning because I am on a work schedule have to use bus. I had to leave my donut.

I'm a loyal Dunkin customer, but I have to say that out of all the locations that I have been to. The staff here is by far, THE BEST!!! ALWAYS FRIENDLY! ALWAYS SMILING. They take customer service seriously!

I ordered from this spot for delivery and was charged for it but never even got it. I tried calling them to see what the story was, but the phone said that the number was dismantled, not a good spot to order.

No point in ordering ahead on the app cause it will not be ready in a timely fashion. Drink wasn’t hot and it was sloppy. Beware!
Very nice staff, BUT it appears the company itself doesn't believe in or care about this location. They don't appear to have the tools nor staff to complete job functions and maybe should find a way to disable delivery orders while understaffed. I entered at 1:33pm and left at 2:07pm. I'm a very patient individual, but that's way too long for fast food service
