Had a horrible experience, ran there this morning and cashier couldn’t just reload my DD card. He wanted me to wait on the site or sit down and wait for another employee who knows how to reload the card.Isn’t it the first thing there you have to teach/learn as a employee?

I rarely give 5 Stars to a Dunkin, or any fast food place for that matter, but they really went out of their way to be nice and helpful at this location. My wife and I had difficulty ordering through their app for some reason, and the guy in the place was very patient and helpful and friendly, and although he had the same problem with the app, he managed to get us what we wanted. Also a very clean place, with plenty of free parking in their lot out front.
