They recently renovated this outlet, and it’s now nice and clean. Their customer service is outstanding and welcoming, and the staff are nice and helpful. Overall, this is the best Dunkin’ in the neighborhood so far.

Place was clean but all the condiments were put away early and available upon request. With the homeless coming in and asking for drinks from the customers, that explains things being put away. Also, I ordered a coffee roll, but it wasn't cooked thoroughly so I had to pick out the raw dough, but the flavor was good.

I love cold coffee so I decided to stop there The customer service was great.
Does not feel clean at all, tables were dirty, didn't smell right. the workers are very laid back and seem to not want to be there or be bothered. They used old espresso for my latte a couple of times and I've only visited twice! Honestly... not worth my money. I hope they get it together or maybe get better employees. Kindness and consistency is much to ask for while paying an arm and a leg for the occasional coffee run.

Once visited, this store I saw someone smoking Marijuana in the store. It's bad enough that the service from the staff was bad, but I had to deal with the disrespect too, not good.
