I visit this location every morning after I drop my kids to school. My usual is a small coffee with three sugars it’s perfect company for my walk to work. The line always moves smoothly. The cashiers are polite and gets the orders moving fast so that people are able to get to their destinations in a timely matter. I will be stopping in this morning dancing in line and placing my order for my daily company to work. Keep up the great work!

Asked for a cake, lady said okay and went back into a corner and was just chilling lol, after I got the cake I asked them to write on it for my niece and they said it’s an extra 5$ I said okay cool and they said it’s 5$ cash only. You guys charge 40$+ for cakes and paid with my card for that but can’t charge my card 5 extra dollars to write? This chain is just getting low and low

I love the Staff, Tamanna, Rafiq,, Shawn all the rest of the Dunkin’ gang! . I come here every morning.They care about their jobs and community. They need help keeping out druggies and panhandlers. They are at risk while at work. Dunkin’ should hire security. The staff there works hard but there is so much they can do. Dunkin’ should send them security or cops to cover the doorway.

Pretty bad aervice. Lady at the front took my order but then did what she thought was best. Because she thought the medium drink i ordered would be too sweet with the normal 3 pumps of syrup and one liquid sugar? Also it had maybe 3 ice cubes in it which by the time I got to work (~15mins) had melted. She put only 1 pump in the hot latte I ordered. Now Ive worked at Dunkin’s and we dont usually put 1 pump on a medium unless asked. Then it seems they put the worst lid they could on my iced coffee which is now all over the controls of my car. Thanks so much. You guys need training or a different job.

There's an older South Asian Hijabi woman who works at the counter - every time I've stepped in this Dunkin Donuts with my siblings, she's always been rude, and purposely makes my order wrong. Everyone else there is nice, except for her.

Yesterday at Dunkin', I noticed an employee behind the counter cleaning the floor with a leaf blower, certainly not something I expected to witness. I doubt anyone told him that all the dust would end up in the food.
