This is my favorite location to come to thanks to Khaaalid & Yesenia. Wonderful customer service they both have . I come just about everyday for my Matcha tea and they know how to make my drink the right way and it’s so good. I tried going to other Dunkin’ Donuts but they don’t do it right lol . Both of these employees have wonderful personalities and always have a smile on their face . I recommend this location definitely. Guys keep up the great work !!!

Hows a Dunkin Donuts have no Donuts??? The staff is wonderful but the Manager needs a wake up call. Can't run a Dunkin Donuts without any Donuts. This Dunkin is always missing something on the menu, failure as a manager here.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I specifically requested no egg on my sandwich, and yet there was egg on it. This is not just a matter of inconvenience—what if I had an allergy? Mistakes like this can be dangerous for customers.

To the manager: Please ensure your employees are trained to pay closer attention to orders. It’s critical they understand the importance of accuracy, especially since allergies can have life-threatening consequences.

Also, as part of their training, they might want to go outside and clean up the egg that ended up on my sandwich. This level of carelessness is unacceptable.

Went at 3pm to get something for my kids to munch on. Ordered hashbrowns and a sandwich, the guy said only whats on display. Which was really nothing but stale looking pastries. Which is crazy being they close at 9pm, how you don't have anything. My guess is he didn't wanna work in the kitchen, shouldn't of had taken the job.
