How does a business who sells ice cream not have the proper containers to pack ice cream? Went for a pre packed quart of ice cream, not in stock. Sure I figured I’d pay a little extra for a fresh packed quart. I’m told they don’t have the pint or quart container but will give two large ice cream cups which is close to equivalent of a pint. Terrible service. This locations item availabilities and service has declined a lot.

This location is the nest super convenient to me besides the one (walking distance from my house), this one has a drive-thru and like 5 mins. from my job. Everyone there are very nice....yes nice but if you happened to come across/encounter with the young lady (tall, slimmer and look younger than the rest (not sure why they have her at drive-thru). She is ALWAYS messing up orders and overcharged. She's nice and genuinely didn't mean the mistake- I try my best to avoid wherever section she's at. Other than that there's nothing much to say.

Just came in here and was in and out in less than 2 minutes. No lie. Andrew literally bolted when he heard me come in, took my order and made my coffee with the greatest sense of urgency I've ever seen. Whatever they're paying him, raise it, he could make serious money as a bartender with that efficiency/sense of urgency. Thank you, Andrew!

ALWAYS get your order wrong and constantly have to repeat it, coffee taste stale.

My husband and I went through the drive thru to just get 2 shots of espresso, I had gone to another Dunkin that made my coffee incorrect. We arrived and the gentleman wearing glasses at the window offered to remake it, which he absolutely didn’t have to do but the coffee was literally perfect!!! Fantastic service and overall experience, I wish all Dunkin’ Donuts locations had people like him. 10/10

This spot used to be my favorite Dunkin. I would pass by everyday until a couple months ago. I finished my drink and at the bottom of the cup there was a roach. This is disgusting and I was trying hard not to think about it for a while which is why I’m just now writing this review. I don’t know if the roach was in the ice or what but I am so disgusted. I will never go to this Dunkin ever again.
