Always like to visit but last visit was very poor service, my order was a pick up order, the order was sitting there and they never called in the 15-20 of wait till I ask because they were calling people that walk in after me and when I see my order was behind them till I ask and handed to me. Besides that time it always been fast, quick and pleasant; even when I sit and have my coffee.

Regrettably, she was seen scratching her hair while preparing food and speaking excessively close to beverages, causing saliva to spread. When I requested that she redo my drink, she became irritated, and I had to ask her to remain silent. If I had the option, I would give this place a zero rating. Only dunkin' donuts in the area that sells 3 lb of Dunkin donuts coffee for $20. Can you say bargain. Besides that, the woman behind the counter was very nice and very helpful. Would definitely be repeating again

Whenever I ordered in the store, it always took a long time to get your food.
So the last time I went there I ordered on the app thinking that it would give me an advantage.
I placed the order at 7:12 am. When I got to the store at 7:23 am, the order wasn't ready. When it got to 7:26 am, I told them I had to go because I was going to be late, and they said they were just about to start making the order.
They didn't apologize or anything, and when I asked for a refund, I was told I couldn't get one, that I would have to call customer service. I had to leave without the food.
All in all, I left feeling not very well served. But it seems like it's a norm for them, because they only have a 3.8 rating overall.

Best Dunkin location in Brooklyn by far. My wife and I live in NJ now and the Dunkin in Brooklyn is by far better. In overall quality of coffee and food. The coffee is definitely made right here. My parents and wife go out of their way to go to this Dunkin. The Baskin Robbin’s is so convenient when we want ice cream too. The owner Danny is very nice as well. My dad had a problem one day and he gave my dad his personal number. Inside is usually well kept. The drink refrigerator is always stocked. The pre-packed ice cream is always stocked. The Doughnuts are good as well. They have messed up my orders before when one particular employee is working. Otherwise no complaint.

Another out of the way eatery near the McDonald's on Flatbush near Utica. Like the one on 47th street in midtown, this one is also open 24hours. Just wish there was at least a ledge inside so you can enjoy what you buy.
The wait line is long, they get your orders wrong and are very rude when they have to correct their mistake.

I ordered 2 hash browns 2 times toasted and it’s was so soggy the girl working did not pay attention waste of money. I also ordered coffee 2 sugar 3 milk and she only gave 1 milk. I recommend to go somewhere else because the money is going to waste they don’t pay attention.

One reason I go to this location is because it's the closest. Customer Service is always good. They make my drinks well all the time. They do need to work on their knowledge with the Dunkin app because I lost hundreds of points from my rewards because they didn't have enough knowledge about a specific item I wanted. Overall, I will continue to get my drinks here.
