It’s really not as bad. This is my first time going to this dunkin and I wasn’t sure about it since I read all the bad reviews.. I ordered an iced caramel latte and donuts, it wasnt bad, the iced coffee wasn’t delicious but it wasn’t bad either it was pretty okayy. The hijab lady that people in the reviews are calling rude or whatever i dont know if it’s the same person but she isnt as bad shes okay she had manners towards me she didn’t say “have a nice day” but at least she said to tap payment please😅 and made sure my order was right. The only bad thing about this dunkin is they only have two chairs which is unacceptable and the place is maddd dirty like I understand only one person was working but the place was empty and no one was cleaning there was trash everywhere and the floor was filthy its lowkey nasty to eat there

I came in and got the strawberry fresher and when I tasted it it was very sweet and full of sugar I couldn’t even drink it when I told him he just started yelling at me it’s not the first time with this location very disgusting people here and last time I was here I got a moldy bagel and she denying that it was molded don’t ever come here

She looks miserable like she's being forced to work here She needs to get training on how to treat their customers smile use the sentence good morning good afternoon have a nice day. She always looks unhappy and angry. Life is too short to be miserable. She has to remember one think her salary comes from customers

There are two chairs available for visitors. Shameful. In front of me, a woman was squatting while drinking coffee. Two people were sitting on one chair. When I asked the employee to give me a chair since there was nowhere to sit and drink coffee, he refused, citing that there were no more chairs.

Horrible place! Needs to close!!! Nasty people are working there. Extremely Rude, with huge attitude, and very , VERY unprofessional. Where is the Store manager of this place??? Can’t they fire all these people, and hire a brand new staff who will provide much better, professional, and friendlier Customer Service to the neighborhood. They definitely lost us as customers... We all Refuse to go in there again.

Horrible dounkin donuts- this place should be under new management and restaffed along time ago. Staff there has no clue what they are doing, they take their time and most orders come out wrong and cold. Don't tey ordering in advance, they can't even make the food 30 min in advance

Worst Dunkin around, they constantly burn the avocado toast and forget things. I've gotten iced coffee before with almost no coffee in it. Go to the other one down Avenue U instead.

I ordered the sourdough sandwich, with egg and bacon. When I opened my sandwich it was fake bacon!! It looked like something manufactured it was pink and it just looked gross. Never again. Very disappointed with Dunkin’
