Horrible place! Needs to close!!! Nasty people are working there. Extremely Rude, with huge attitude, and very , VERY unprofessional. Where is the Store manager of this place??? Can’t they fire all these people, and hire a brand new staff who will provide much better, professional, and friendlier Customer Service to the neighborhood. They definitely lost us as customers... We all Refuse to go in there again.

Horrible dounkin donuts- this place should be under new management and restaffed along time ago. Staff there has no clue what they are doing, they take their time and most orders come out wrong and cold. Don't tey ordering in advance, they can't even make the food 30 min in advance

Worst Dunkin around, they constantly burn the avocado toast and forget things. I've gotten iced coffee before with almost no coffee in it. Go to the other one down Avenue U instead.

I ordered the sourdough sandwich, with egg and bacon. When I opened my sandwich it was fake bacon!! It looked like something manufactured it was pink and it just looked gross. Never again. Very disappointed with Dunkin’
Horrible I ordered a gift through uber eats for a friend and they took advantage sent old soggy donuts and old muffins it's a disgusting act to this very disappointing

I once went to eat at this place and they took 30 minutes to make my order because they kept forgetting about it and losing it. After that incident I don't buy food there. But sometimes I go for coffee, every time the staff is not friendly. I notice how they just run here and there and don't know what to do. The way they make lattes or other drinks from the espresso machine is generally terrifying. Give your staff lessons how to communicate with customers and normalise their work

I legit watch him make my “drink”and add whole milk into while order almond milk. The espresso machine wasn’t working and he pour the water and had the nerve to say it done never again

You have to be careful with what you order here (which is already not a good start to a review). Depending on the staff present, you will get varying quality on the food and drinks you order. I like to get Iced Macchiatos on the weekend and there is an older woman working behind the counter who ALWAYS MIXES THE DRINK. You get whipped cream? MIXED INTO THE DRINK OR MELTED IN. I order ahead and I arrive within 10 minutes of placing the order and I'm too late to prevent the damage to my drinks. They won't look like the photo representation on the menu, your sandwich will be smashed and occasionally, the donuts will look brutalized as well. The training and preparation for the staff is inconsistent because it's not always this bad and that's the problem. When this is the closest Dunkin to you, it forces you to play Dunkin Roulette figuring out if today your order will be botched or not. If you kindly speak up and explain the issue with your order upon arrival, usually they will try to accommodate the order by redoing something or giving a replacement, but the whole point is to streamline the business and get it right the first time, no? Be wary of this location and its wide variance in quality.
