So I am bus driver I stop by to get few ice coffee n donuts I ask the cashier please very little ice but do give me a cup of ice since it will get water down to fast on us ...after getting my order I ask her for the ice she reply we charge extra for ice like wait I just spend money an you cannot give the extra ice ..was rude to me n other bus drivers..i wanna complain to some one.asap

This place is dirty when I asked the female employee if I can have something to clean off the dirty table she told me to just grab a napkin this is disgusting if it wasn’t so close I would never come here I for sure do not recommend the cleanliness is at its ultimate

They frequently do mistakes in orders. We’ve just visited thus location - there was no crowd, no rush, yet they didn’t bother reading the online order properly. How is medium hot chocolate turned out to be regular coffee? I’ll dispute the payment and will try to avoid that shop.

two dudes closed the espresso machine thirty minutes before the store closed (6:30pm)what's the point of staying open if you're not serving espresso(they offered me iced espresso instead, MY GUY ITS WINTER I WANT MY HOT ESPRESSO WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU)
They don’t know how to read instructions and make things , I didn’t order anything fancy , I ordered avocado toast and hot pumpkin spice signature late , instructions are already there , they still messed up with my order . I order through mobile app and was waiting for my latte for 20 mins , toast already got cold , when they gave me a coffee it was literally already cold , I asked them to re make my order and give me my warm avocado toast and hot late , they still messed up with my order. Awful service, awful shift , they had time to talk between each other but made a huge lane behind me

Almost no vegetarian options besides bagel and cream cheese. I am not Kosher but at Kosher Dunkins have vegetarian options (plantbased sausage etc). Their Midnight roast coffee also tastes burnt (tastes fine at other Dunkins). The regular coffee and fruit drinks are fine. The workers at the Mobile Order pickup counter are quick and efficient, 5 stars for the workers.

Everything is well unfortunately there’s no restrooms & sometimes cashiers tend not to pay attention whenever I try to use offers on their DD App. Hopefully they pay attention often & make sure coupons/deals are applied next time I come here.
