I ordered a Caramel Iced Coffee on this night of Tuesday January 7th 2025 around 6:35pm before closing time. I could have sworn i heard the worker who seemed to be working alone sneeze, then I went to the other side of the counter to watch him make my coffee, I seen him previously wiping running snot on his wrist, I got such a gross feeling but I knew I desperately ordered this coffee to help with my migraine headache, it wasn't sweet enough, I watched him add more syrup to it, he seemed irritated by me, not sure but I felt a cold vibe that wasn't genuine when I first walked in. I don't recommend this store location at all. My advice is always use your judgment wisely when you order from anywhere cause even McDonald's or any restaurant or establishment the people taking your order may not like you and may have a special sauce waiting to be used that all the workers spit and sneeze in and you didn't even doing nothing wrong, it's just them. Happy New Year.

Worst customer service from a Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever encountered. The staff had us standing there and wouldn’t not take our orders even after we acknowledged them. They just continued to take online orders and ignore us. I never even placed an order. A lady waited 10mins just for them to tell her they didn’t have decaf lattes smh

THE WOMAN WHO WAS BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS SO RUDE! I CALLED MY DASHER TO ASK THE PERSON WORKING TO ADD AN ESPRESSO SHOT TO MY COFFEE BECAUSE HE COULDN'T UNDERSTAND ME. THE WOMAN SAYS SHE'S NOT TALKING TO ANYONE. I SPENT 20$ ON A COFFEE AND COULDN'T GET EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED BECAUSE YOU CAN'T MAKE REQUESTS ON YOUR ORDER AT THIS STORE. I FIGURED I WOULD JUST CALL BUT THE #DOESNT WORK. I HEARD MY DASHER SAY PLEASE MAME I DON'T UNDERSTAND CAN YOU TAKE THE PHONE AND SHE REFUSED. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN AND I WILL ADVISE EVERYONΕΙ KNOW NOT TO AS WELL!

This is the slowest DD I've ever been to. They prioritize online orders over you in person. The guy at the register is very slow all the time and isn't capable to handle the orders.
