The hot chocolate tastes terrible, and it seems to all the dunkin are like that. It's 95% water and 5% chocolate. It's insipid no matter how you complain the Dunkin franchise should have it fixed. I can't blame the workers, but Dunkin, on a whole, needs to remedy that situation. It tastes horrible

They are consistent and efficient, and if you order on the app, you are able to grab and go very quickly. The people are very helpful and pleasant also.
If you need to make a Dunkin run and are nearby, I definitely recommend them. đ
The parking lot is a little small, but since you are in and out quickly, I have not found it to be a problem. đ

this dunkin really scams you. they would charge you for your order once and say they didnât receive payment and then they would ask to show your card again. i came in and ordered a dozen doughnuts and i have $40 in my dunkin card. she scanned it and repeatedly said she didnât receive the payment and so she scanned it again. i wasnât paying attention but she had added another item in the order that i wasnât aware of. if you canât work at dunkin with great customer service donât work there at all.

Hate the workers attitude, the hijab lady was calm and she was nice but I couldnât hear what she was saying so when i said âwhat?â The other worker slim indian lady she yelled at me repeating the thing i couldnt hear which was uncalled for. And i ordered a chocolate sprinkle donut, i was in a rush so i didnt pay much attention but when I got to my destination and opened the bag, it was a vanilla sprinkle donut, and i was like man f this shi. Do not go to this location go to a different location of dunkin if you dont want your day ruined

Stopped in frequently for morning coffee and a ?. Always speedy service. Menu is restricted, if that isn't an issue, it's a great place to order ahead, and grab and go.
