Another Asian own franchisee that cooks the food at warm-cold temperatures. The donuts look great in the display first thing in the morning but they will give u the smallest-most beat up donut (some taste like they were made day before).
You’ll wait forever to receive your pick up order because they have their backs turned away from the counter while they talk.
Forget about munchkins, they’ll give 75%’chocolate with a few regular/glazed.
Food is cold, the bagels aren’t event toasted and they don’t butter them down. The bagels chew like rubber. Better off going to the gas station-grill that’s across the street.
The old ladies heating up the food prematurely take food out and throw it in the baggies in clumps - because of the demand of hospital workers next door
Coffee taste water downed and isn’t piping-hot but hot enough to turn to ice before you get back to office.
I hate dunkin cuz there is no accountability with franchisees. Skip this one and walk up to the nearest deli on 2nd Ave

Slowest workers I’ve ever seen - in any state that I’ve visited Dunkin’ Donuts they are the slowest. Workers are rude. This is sad you get better service at a fast food restaurant

Not wanting to be a Karen but I wanted to leave an important warning: Be VERY careful parking here to get coffee. My car was towed after 30 minutes after spending over $60 on their coffee to bring to the nurses next door. They told me it was 15 minute parking even though there were no signs and that buying coffee doesn’t mean you’re safe from being towed because they’ll automatically assume that your going to the hospital for hours. They told me it was the towing company’s fault and it’s not their lot, which the guy at the towing company confirmed was a lie with the text messages. The manager was a total jerk. Even if you get coffee be very careful to immediately get back in your car to move it and do not stay and sit or spend any additional time inside. The sticker warning of towing was placed and timed 10 minutes after I received my coffee. Just be very careful if you need to park here, I would be worried about being towed while sitting down to enjoy your cup.

One of the maxican employees do not allow me to park my car to pick up my mobile order food more then 2 minutes because he wants his relatives and theirs car to park in Dunkin parking stop and also slow to ready food .

Where do I start, wether you make a mobile order or in person your order takes a week and a day to receive and you pray they have your order correct then the owner wants to kick you out of the lot God forbid you take 5 minutes your order only took 30 plus minutes to receive. Never coming back here again. Sad because this was my go to spot in the past.
