I am disappointed from this place, I bought a coffee and donuts, I asked them if the bathroom is still broken and they told me that if they have not fixed it for more than 3 months, I had to leave my car in the park of the place to go to the hospital to the sanitary because they denied it to me, when I returned they informed me of my car and took it to the crane thank you for your attention to my car and not as a client.

They are very rude, they never have jelly, and they don't use the app coupons correctly at all they ate just money hungry and I only have a issue at this dunkin donuts, ugh I really dislike it here

Besides waiting 23 minutes for my mobile order to be ready at the store today , I ordered an almond croissant and they ran out of it the morning manger told me to go back and pick up the other later after I said multiple times I didn’t want anything else, he convinced me to go back later because he was going to put my name on list so o can go and pick it up, I went and the next manager was rude and just said I don’t know about that come back tomorrow. I dont care about the item because it only cost two dollars, but I went back because my car was parked in front of the store, but my issue is the customer service on this store which I visit all the TIME , no more.

Regular here, I'm sure they know me. But they never call out my order when they're done with it..seen this a couple of times..called everyone else's order but mine. They just plop it there. I could've been standing there all day if I didn't look out for it. Fed up with this treatment. Will not be coming back here. Value your customers!

This guys name is rashid rude and disrespectful, today 10/02/2024 at 2:20 pm wanted to purchase the $6 meal deal bacon egg and cheese medium coffee and hashbrowns. Asked to not put the bacon in the sandwich cause I’m allergic to red meat. He refused to do so. I asked for a manager he said he was the manager. Dunkin shouldn’t have this type of people working for them, I’m not buying from this franchise anymore. There are other businesses in this country that value their customer .

I give one star only to the night service, the man with the mustache who is there at night never prepares the coffee well, he always gives them bitter or burnt ones, you ask him about some of the coffees they advertise on the screens there and he never knows how to make them, the last time I asked for a pumpkin latte and it gave me something horrible that made me sick to my stomach.

It’s not a bad Dunkin’ but every time I order an iced coffee they get it wrong. They are happy to fix it though but it can be very busy and staff won’t notice your need of help. They have parking but only a few spots. They only have 2 tables for dining in. It’s not bad for a quick coffee grab.
