Be careful parking here! I stopped in to grab a drink and within 10 minutes a tow truck threatened me with a $160 ticket. When I asked the staff what the actual parking rule was, no one could give me an answer — not even the employee or their manager (who couldn’t be reached). I left frustrated, confused, and disappointed. If you’re going to enforce parking so aggressively, at least make the rules clear to your paying customers.
Given this experience, I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this location to others.
Every single time I come in this specific Dunkin there are no munchkins. I work at the hospital across the street and have been here at 3pm, 7pm, 8pm, 11pm all on different days and they never have any munchkins.

Ok. So you just did an extensive upgrade to the shop. The place looks great. However. the coffee is not the same. I don't know if you're trying to make the $$ back from the upgrade, but you are screwing people over, with your EXTREMELY ( THIN ) coffee!!! What did you guys 1/2 the recipe. I went in there last night and the coffee was so thin it was like drinking coffee TEA! Like drinking a cup of warm milk ! I saw the last time that I was in there that the coffee was almost CLEAR when the guy was filling my cup. I remembered that from the past few times I've been in there recently. I used to work in a coffee shop, and was in the deli business for many years. I NOTICE when the coffee looks like TEA coming from the urn. You think that you're saving $$ by screwing people over like that? You're not. You're LOSING customers, because the coffee there sucks now, Stop trying to be greedy, and put the correct amount of coffee in the machine, so the coffee is like COFFEE --> NOT Coffee TEA! Thin as water. Like drinking a hot cup of milk, even when asking the guy to make it dark. I ordered a small, and only drank half of it. Stop playing GAMES with your customers to save a few bucks.
