Ok. So you just did an extensive upgrade to the shop. The place looks great. However. the coffee is not the same. I don't know if you're trying to make the $$ back from the upgrade, but you are screwing people over, with your EXTREMELY ( THIN ) coffee!!! What did you guys 1/2 the recipe. I went in there last night and the coffee was so thin it was like drinking coffee TEA! Like drinking a cup of warm milk ! I saw the last time that I was in there that the coffee was almost CLEAR when the guy was filling my cup. I remembered that from the past few times I've been in there recently. I used to work in a coffee shop, and was in the deli business for many years. I NOTICE when the coffee looks like TEA coming from the urn. You think that you're saving $$ by screwing people over like that? You're not. You're LOSING customers, because the coffee there sucks now, Stop trying to be greedy, and put the correct amount of coffee in the machine, so the coffee is like COFFEE --> NOT Coffee TEA! Thin as water. Like drinking a hot cup of milk, even when asking the guy to make it dark. I ordered a small, and only drank half of it. Stop playing GAMES with your customers to save a few bucks.

These people are extremely cheap not only do they water down the oat milk with legit water so they don’t have to properly provide you what you’re paying for so they don’t have to “waste”their oat milk !!! Ridiculous!!!

The manager or owners of this location are running a scam with the towing company around the corner iTow. If you leave your car for any period of time (15-20 mins), even if you buy coffee or donuts from them, they will call the tow place and tow your car. Please beware.

A nice bloodied dead bug in my food. Awesome. I’m already sick and imagine this adds fire to the fuel. Customer service usually stinks too. I learn how to make my own donuts and coffee before I ever go back here

I am disappointed from this place, I bought a coffee and donuts, I asked them if the bathroom is still broken and they told me that if they have not fixed it for more than 3 months, I had to leave my car in the park of the place to go to the hospital to the sanitary because they denied it to me, when I returned they informed me of my car and took it to the crane thank you for your attention to my car and not as a client.
They are very rude, they never have jelly, and they don't use the app coupons correctly at all they ate just money hungry and I only have a issue at this dunkin donuts, ugh I really dislike it here

Besides waiting 23 minutes for my mobile order to be ready at the store today , I ordered an almond croissant and they ran out of it the morning manger told me to go back and pick up the other later after I said multiple times I didn’t want anything else, he convinced me to go back later because he was going to put my name on list so o can go and pick it up, I went and the next manager was rude and just said I don’t know about that come back tomorrow. I dont care about the item because it only cost two dollars, but I went back because my car was parked in front of the store, but my issue is the customer service on this store which I visit all the TIME , no more.

Regular here, I'm sure they know me. But they never call out my order when they're done with it..seen this a couple of times..called everyone else's order but mine. They just plop it there. I could've been standing there all day if I didn't look out for it. Fed up with this treatment. Will not be coming back here. Value your customers!

This guys name is rashid rude and disrespectful, today 10/02/2024 at 2:20 pm wanted to purchase the $6 meal deal bacon egg and cheese medium coffee and hashbrowns. Asked to not put the bacon in the sandwich cause I’m allergic to red meat. He refused to do so. I asked for a manager he said he was the manager. Dunkin shouldn’t have this type of people working for them, I’m not buying from this franchise anymore. There are other businesses in this country that value their customer .
