Terrible service. 1.) They ignore you when you walk in. You have to make the effort. 2.) They don't listen to your order. I asked for no sweetener. I received a lot of sugar/syrup. 3.) My sandwich had hair in it. 4.) The person behind the counter was SO rude. They asked if I wanted something while packaging my sandwich (maybe a condiment? no idea) -- I said excuse me, because I couldn't understand what he said -- he angrily rolled up my sandwich and slammed my bag on the counter -- and when I asked about my coffee, he huffed around like a child and handed it to me (gruffly) while rolling his eyes -- no words. no anything. Wrong order and order with hair. I don't need attitude for no reason at 8am, especially when I wasn't the one at fault. Get it together.

Poor Service. I ordered a ice butter pecan latte this morning with almond Milk and my usual Breakfast croissant. The staff She clearly hear me say almond milk because she repeated the order to me. I looked on my receipt and cup there's no almond milk in my latte. I'm very Allergic to Whole Milk and the staff member would not make or give me back my money for my Ice Latte. She added Almond milk on top of the whole milk Unprofessional staff. Don't wear no gloves while preparing food or drinks as well Breakfast was a 0/10

Ordered ICED LATTER WITH ALMOND MILKand a short guy with glasses made it with pouring regular milk right in front of me and served.. I asked him if this is ALMOND MILK 3 times and said I can't drink regular milk I'll get a stomachache... He answered YES without hesitating again and again .. I had to say that I saw you poured that regular milk.. That's not ALMOND MILK.!!!. other lady made a new one and served..It's shocking that guy just lied repeatedly as if he didn't care.. it wasn't just a mistake.. what if I had severe allergy against regular milk??Should I just got that wrong coffee and sued that store ?Employee's name on the receipt was NYMA ..

Just walked out yet again because no one would take my order. The girl behind the counter literally stood there texting for 5 minutes without even acknowledging me. The bodega next door is getting all the business I would have given to them if they didn’t absolutely suck.

These were the worst donuts I’ve had in my life! And I love Dunkin, it must be this location! They were absolutely stale and old!! Very disappointing

I love Dunkin donuts I really do like I can't live without it but like with every Dunkin donuts they always seem to get your order wrong and it's frustrating but when it's right it is delicious.

They need to get a new manager who ever is hiring the workers here they are slow , they mess up your orders you speak to them clear and loud and still mess the orders up. They don't know how to work as a team it's just horrible they barely have any options of items to eat that supposed to be available. there are very unorganized.
