I have visited this Dunkin' on several occasions and it's been OK. However, a few issues have repeatedly arose that have changed my opinion of the place. Many times, I have ordered an extra egg for my sandwich and it's not there. Additionally, this morning, I ordered two hash browns. I saw my order being placed in the pick-up area with the worker even folding the bag closed. Opened it before leaving and saw there was only one order of hash browns in the bag. Not sure if it's intentional but it's too many instances of missing items.

So nasty I order a simple lemonade and they gave it to me with hair and dirt floating on it. It’s dirty and filthy. Worst experience ever got my money back for the drink of course I’m not drinking it but eww I won’t be going back ever again 🤮

Witnessed two large cockroaches climb down the back of the ovens next to the case of donuts while they cooked my order. I walked out and threw out my food in the garbage. Absolutely disgusting, this place should be shut down.

It's dirtynthe guy making my latte wiped his nose with his hand and proceeded to make the latte. I threw it out and lost 6.31

If i could give 0 stars I would. They took atleast 20 minutes to make my order. some lady just standing there making other drinks that weren’t ordered. Someone tried to charge me for a milk shake until I told her and she took it off. Like bro? js make my drink. I had to threaten to sue and almost yelled to get a refund to make em go quicker. if yall cant take multiple orders than don’t work here.

Went in, asked about my order, said it was coming from someone who spoke no english. Half an hour after I placed my order I asked another person who spoke broken but better english telling me they were out of donuts after I already paid online. Compensated me with blueberry muffins that had started to go stale and only two, noticeably less than what my order was worth.

If it is busy in the morning, you’d think you’d schedule more than 2 people. on weekends same slowness!!! starbucks can handle more!!! they also do not care about the ppl who order to pick up mobile orders. waited ten minutes even after i got to the store and i placed it five minutes prior.
Been on line for almost 20 mins place is super busy and the line almost to the door and only TWO employees. That’s a damn SHAME!!! Worst Dunkin customer service I’ve encountered
Trust me, don’t go here if you’re doing a pick up or order with them especially with DoorDash or Uber eats or if we go in person and they’re out of the flavor on the Baskin-Robbins side they’re so rude. They neglect their customers and refused to help them with any specific order and they never answer their phones.
They have no Donuts! The place is extremely dirty. Don't bother. Do better Dunkin!
