I'm sorry, but this Dunkin is absolutely awful !! Where is management here? If this location were my investment, it definitely would not be run this way ! It took at least 10 minutes for somebody to tell me how much a quart of ice cream cost. Was in such a mood for Pralines & Cream when I opened it at home it looked as if the dairy evaporated and terribly freezer burn. Wasn't even worth my time to go back and return, know I will never ever buy ice cream here ! What a disgrace to the name!

This Dunkin needs new management! The staff take so long just to take your order. They see you waiting but act like they are busy!!! Then when it’s your turn they attend you with an attitude.

The first thing I noticed when I looked into the glass case filled with ice cream were two ice popsicles protruding from the vanilla ice cream. This prompted me to look up and see where they were coming from. I noticed that the glass case above had mold and moisture dripping onto the vanilla ice cream. I pointed it out to two employees, who told me they would inform their supervisors. One of the employees then proceeded to wipe the mold off with a paper towel and scooped ice cream only from the area where the two popsicles had formed.
I have a toddler who I bring to baskin Robin's occasionally, and to see that me feel sick to my stomach. This is a major health risk. I understand things happen, but I feel like the proper actions that should have been taken were to remove the container with the vanilla ice cream and for employees to properly clean the mold.

I bought an American ice coffee, with 2 of cream and 3 of sugar and they gave me a face, without ice and without cream. Worst dunkin store so far.
