Choose mediocre coffee win mediocre service

Went in, asked about my order, said it was coming from someone who spoke no english. Half an hour after I placed my order I asked another person who spoke broken but better english telling me they were out of donuts after I already paid online. Compensated me with blueberry muffins that had started to go stale and only two, noticeably less than what my order was worth.

If it is busy in the morning, you’d think you’d schedule more than 2 people. on weekends same slowness!!! starbucks can handle more!!! they also do not care about the ppl who order to pick up mobile orders. waited ten minutes even after i got to the store and i placed it five minutes prior.

Trust me, don’t go here if you’re doing a pick up or order with them especially with DoorDash or Uber eats or if we go in person and they’re out of the flavor on the Baskin-Robbins side they’re so rude. They neglect their customers and refused to help them with any specific order and they never answer their phones.

I'm sorry, but this Dunkin is absolutely awful !! Where is management here? If this location were my investment, it definitely would not be run this way ! It took at least 10 minutes for somebody to tell me how much a quart of ice cream cost. Was in such a mood for Pralines & Cream when I opened it at home it looked as if the dairy evaporated and terribly freezer burn. Wasn't even worth my time to go back and return, know I will never ever buy ice cream here ! What a disgrace to the name!
