Lackluster coffee in the morning slow service I’ve thrown my coffee out a couple times due to it tasting so bad and watered down. I would only get coffee early morn on my way to work before getting on train. They just move in slow motion there I’m usually trying to just get a quick coffee but if there is one person in front takes an eternity. Skip this place if your in a rush

I recently tried iced coffee for the first time at Dunkin' Donuts, opting for the Caramel Craze Signature Latte. Initially, the flavor was a bit strong for me, but as I kept sipping, it started to mellow out, and I really began to enjoy it. Employees allowing themselves to literally scream at customers. No more comments on that. And the coffee is also watered down to save the cost! I understand that line employees don’t care if a regular customer will come back or not, or that they have an impact on customer with customer service or lack of it, but there are basic manners of communications which some employees at this store do not know how to follow at all. Such a disappointment.

i swear this is like the only dunkin that never messes up my order and actually makes it good like the other ones never mix my matcha properly or always say they cant not give me ice and also the staff is super sweet like i literally became friends with them
I ordered iced caramel latte with oat milk but they put too much caramel in the coffee. I told them that I can drink it because it’s too sweet after that they add I don’t know milk or water or coffee but the taste was the same then they try to change it and now my coffee it’s like I’m drinking water with a little taste of coffee and milk. I live Over Avenue Elle that’s why I came there but usually when I am around Kings Highway I buy there Thank you very much better.
