Dunkin donuts is good we need to have for our coffee in the morning and I don't know it's in a songs the neighborhood enjoys dunkin' donuts. Staff is pretty good but sometimes the young people move too slow. Need to teach them how to speed it up a little..

while you are spending money on remodeling the place put health first there was a fly just flying around on top of the donut case !! While you revamped the place You guys couldn’t put a sliding door door in the back of the donuts 🍩 ℹ do like a donut with my coffee ℹ had to take a hard pass because flies land in shit and I know that without protection for the back of the display I know the fly has landed on a couple of the donuts!! What sense does it make to spend money on remodeling and you can’t protect the food and the donuts please make it make sense !! You can make someone sick 🤢 not getting my business again

Why the hell they dam coffee taste like medicine? At this point dunkin is doing bad. I’m just going to stick to my Carmel frappes from McDonald’s!

I went there to have a coffee. The tables were dirty, and there were street homeless sitting around.

Asked the lady for peppermint mocha she asks me if i want a latte or a coffee I tell her Hot chocolate as for peppermint mocha And she Gives me a original hot chocolate, Please Do a better job of hearing your customers there wasnt even anyone in the store.

Look - I'm a local and order here 4 days a week. So I owe this place a lot of my sanity.
But, it's like the Wild West in there. Consider it a win if you get a drink at all. When your order is right- hallelujah - when your order is wrong, you shouldn't have had your expectations high in the first place... Try again next time.
Your best luck is ordering ahead on the app- that's the only way to do it.
Also, I only drink decaf, and I've seen the staff put the regular blend in my drink more than once, so you have been warned.

Poor tourist experience. We spoke a not perfect english, but enough good for most of situation. Here, the waitress didn't make any effort... at all!. She was mistaken or forgot half of the order.
Mocha, donuts ... Were OK. But very bad human feeling...

It was nobody waiting on the line. The woman at the cash register (Tuha) had me waiting and would not attend to me because she was busy talking to her friend who had already made his order. She saw me standing there waiting for her to attend to me.I felt frustrated and I was ready to leave . And one of her C.O workers came to the front to give her friend his order. And I said I am leaving because she is not attending to me. And then she started arguing with me , screaming at me with hostile energy , very aggressive. The guy got scared and he said sorry he will take my order. And she made my mango drink and it was very ,very sugary smh.

What she should of said: Hello , I apologize for having you waiting maybe I take your order now? And she could of said to her friend ( excuse me let me attend to the customer first so we can continue talking ) .

No she got offended and very aggressive
