I've been going this Dunkin' Donuts for a while. After the renovation, I started to appreciate it more. Went there today, service was a little slower this time, but still great.

New employees are so slow & don’t add utensil, took 16 minutes to make loaded hash browns and didn’t even add cheese ? or bother to say so when ordered. Store was empty too.

Yay! They finally re-opened!!!The difference is night and day. When I first went to this Dunkin’ over a year ago, I thought it was abandoned!!! Now the place is super bright and inviting.Unfortunately, I didn’t see any of the old staff. I hope they come back. But I get it, you can’t wait 3 weeks for your job to open up in NYC. I don’t know if Dunkin’ has benefits. There was a new girl being trained, took a little while to her my coffee, but she got it in the end.

The servers are slow, there is only and ALWAYS the boy 1 person at the counter! The food is ok at best. Be prepared for long lines.

Delicious donuts, and great ice coffee at a low price
I’m even shocked that I am giving 1* because it’s not even worth for 1*. Today I bought grilled cheese and hash brown and hot coffee also give them instructions how to do the sandwich. What they give me was grilled cheese aspirate with hash brown and ice coffee. It took them forever to redo the whole thing. This time I that they sit it right I was rushing and didn’t check what they did. Once I bite into the sandwich there was a surprise. Look at the picture!

The worker is very nasty and check your order its a young Pakistani girls messes up your order two people after me had the same problem also told us she don't know how to use the app very ugly attitude seems Luke both women don't want to work or they are forced this is 3 in the afternoon it's no excuse coffee was watered down
