The lady in the cash register was in such a rush
When I told her to give me a refund for my order.Since I only got one of the item in my moblie order she only gave me a partial refund for that missing items in the order. I would not recommend any one from buying at this donkin store location especially if it that ladies that on that catch register you are likely to get rushed out of the store then, get your full refund.

They never get the order correct the Arabic guy that makes the food doesn’t know the difference between a wrap or McMuffin!!! He always messes up! They all blame each other! They need to train the workers better on the foods they have!

No one after me, but the cashier lady was in such a hurry that she closed my order before I finished it, and she did it twice. I asked one sugar for both of my coffees, and she gave 2 sugars for one coffee and nothing for the other. These types of people damage the company’s reputation.

This is the worst Dunkin’ site in Brooklyn. The workers mindfulness and customer service are terrible. Even the manager have an attitude. Being tired isn’t an excuse for a bad attitude and bad service. Dunkin’ should find workers who don’t mind serving the public. Dunkin Spanish employees treat Spanish people better which isn’t fare. All because they share language and culture they shouldn’t get treated better

I can't believe a Dunkin Donuts coffee is close to $5 in Bushwick, Brooklyn. You can walk across the street and buy the same coffee at a bodega for $2-$3. This particular area in Bushwick has been very persistent against gentrification.

Too bad I can't put 0. I am not at all satisfied with the reception I received. My too good to go collection was already scheduled between 9:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. I arrive at 9:50 p.m. and the store is closed. I knock on the window to show that I am coming to get a basket, the woman tells me to validate, I validate but the app runs without validating. The woman takes the basket back from me. I manage to validate and call her back. I apologize for the inconvenience and then she pisses me off by telling me it's closed and giving me my order.

The employees need training on how to make good drinks. It all tastes like plain black coffee and whip cream for a little razzle dazzle. Waste of money

Service Girls are behaved like , Customers are begging . they even not interested to care about customers demand . I went their to get a hot copy with creamer but they gave ne only coffee without creamer which is now 2nd time. It is not good anyway .
