Workers are rude and always distracted talking amongst themselves while you wait.They have this ridiculous "policy" where you only get TWO flavor shots no matter what size you order. (The Dunkin Donuts app allows 4 for a large). They only do 2 if you order in person and add 25 cents per extra shot! Your large iced coffee is now close to 6 dollar if you get 5 shots!I've also seen them water down their cold brew and even their regular coffee.If you want to get ripped off with watered down coffee, this place is perfect for you.--Btw, I stopped buying from them. Maybe via the app if I'm close by but have to be sure the coffee isn't watered down before walking out.

We just been there today around 3 pm. We bought 1/2 dozen donut with T-Mobile Tuesday $2 coupon. First, the lady there told us that store policy wouldn’t allow combined coupon even she accepted at the end. Then, very surprise that the prize increased $2. Ok, I understand everything going up. But there is a math problem, I have $8 coupon and she asked for $4 more. $9.99 plus tax for 1/2 dozen, wondering is she cheating or not because I forgot to ask for receipt.

As one who worked in the food industry making drinks for 4 plus years im never one to complain about things or leave mean reviews, but this is the WORST dunkin donuts i went to. I ordered a iced chai tea latte with the young lady in the front, where she has no mask on.. so i get my drink and my drink looks like straight up milk and ice. I see her swirling it around and looking at it weird as well, regardless, she says my order out loud and i go to get it. I look at it and im like.. its not supposed to look like this. Its supposed to be more brown. She calls over an older gentleman and says chai tea is milk chai and ice right, obviously. So i say can u add more chai. The gentleman takes the drink and i see him open the chai pump and just pour the residue of the chai flavor into my cup… NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. They dont know how to make drinks properly and just clearly use old ingredients. She even had the nerve to ask me “do u even know what you ordered” they dont know how to make drinks correctly, waste of money.

They don't open too early, so if you want anything before 8 am go somewhere else. I did not know and ordered from the app and went there to pick up my order they were closed. I could not get a refund. Overall this Dunkin is not bad, customer service is always great, but they don't have much option for donuts is that's what you are looking for.

These people are miserable and purposely get your order wrong. Happens way to many times for it to be an accident. Think they get mad cause their Muslim and don’t want to touch pork, if you Order anything with pork they fudge it up and give u something else 8 times outta 10. If you guys don’t want to touch pork don’t work if a breakfast store instead of messing up my order

Nice place but the staff didn't look so friendly, the person who served the coffee looked annoyed, may be she was tired..but they were surely friendly with their regular customers..

I wonder if the owner knows that every single cop comes in and gets every single purchase for free. It’s not their business to make that call. I see lines of cops now and they get everything for free. For that let the nurses doctors and surgeons drink for free and eat for free.

I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the two people behind the counter avoided eye contact with me and filled boxes of donuts for I could only assume themselves because I was the only one in the store and it was 5:30 pm. Then a woman enters the store and the woman behind the counter chatted away with her and made her coffee, while still ignoring that I was waiting to order

1/5/22 This week I came here twice And they mess up my order twice first time ask for XL coffee 3 sugar she gave me L 4 sugar and she had to tell me it's the same. And today I Order a chocolate donut they gave me a regular donut why because this lady was on her phone the whole time. Very disrespectful
