They don't deserve 1 star....I went in this morning and ordered hot tea....no line ...but 3 people came in to pick their online order....it was 4 people behind the counter and I had to wait 7 mins for a tea....uttterly ridiculous...I will never go back....customer service is everything...especially when I'm spending my $$$$$
Extremely long waits in a very hot store due to improperly trained night and weekend staff. The staff try but make frequent mistakes right down to a coffee black with sugar and they add milk! Donut selection is frequently minimal or on the stale side! Customers constantly leave due to wait, the store always extremely warm or frequently including myself unsatisfied. My Husband decided to bring back some coffee... don't know what this brown watered liquid is, however it's not coffee. Yuck! They need to clean the machines, and follow the directions on the correct coffee to water ratio, it's not rocket science ppl.
