The service is horrible. Whether you place the order online or in person it will be a wait. The food is not prepared properly. The taste is off as the food is prepared, sat aside and then reheated or seasoningnis not added for desires meal. The workers are on the register and cooking not changing gloves. Orders are just left on the side and guests come in touching multiple cups looking for their order. The prep area is not organized. Food is being sat on surfaces without a paper or plate. The same paper is used multiple time to prepare food not considering food allergies or restrictions. The beverages are never prepared the same, you can buy the same drink a week straight and everyday it will taste different and never filled to the top. This store needs help.

There is an Egyptian employee who is rude and impolite, with no manners. She made my coffee full of milk, and when I asked her to fix it, she started yelling, raising her voice, and being disrespectful. She doesn’t know how to make coffee properly and doesn’t know how to speak politely. I hope they fire her as soon as possible because she doesn’t deserve the job.

Best Dunkin’ in the area! Customer service here is spectacular
Some of the workers here are extremely rude. Specifically this one younger girl who was working today. I come here every day and today for some reason when I am picking up my online order, she decided to scream at me for politely asking me wheres my order because she only put the drink out to collect; apparently I'm an idiot who was waiting '30 minutes' and standing like a flagpole when all I did was walk in 30 seconds ago. Thanks a lot for excellent customer service, I hope you guys scream at every customer that walks thru the door!

The new Aarbic lady Mirin is so polite and professional her service is one of a kind from what I’ve been getting here before. For once someone work and do their job, food quality was finally great, my breakfast was nice and hot! So for me hot food, excellent service and a pleasant experience is everything!!!!

So this was my favorite Dunkin but lately they have been dropping the ball. I've waited over 20 minutes for a frozen coffee three times now. This is unacceptable! Instead of honoring the online orders first which I placed before leaving my house, they take the orders from the store FIRST which I've seen with my own eyes. Then was is the point of online ordering! I may have to find another Dunkin.

One star because the guy today didn’t use any gloves to make the breakfast he used only one ! Meanwhile the other hand he used to scratch his nose and still didn’t use glove on that hand ! I had to let the cashier know !!! I didn’t get to enjoy my breakfast today I didn’t see the guy when he made my breakfast I saw the girl pack it up , I saw the guy scratch his nostril ! With his left hand with no glove and proceeded to make another customers breakfast ! Just the thought of that made me not enjoy my breakfast at all since I didn’t see when he made my breakfast it’s the fact that he’s not using any gloves to make it or not even wash his hands and use gloves on both hands !
