I am not sure why, but this place insists on drowning my drink in cream. If you go to any other Dunkin and order the same thing, it will never look like what they give you. I ordered a large drink with 1 creamer, and it came out white. I watched them pour at least half the drink just cream before a drop of coffee was added at the end. I’ve even sent back drinks and told them it was too much cream and even when they reduced it, jt was still double what another other shop would serve. Kinda bizarre but frustrating for sure.

This Dunkin is probably one of the worst I’ve gone to. You place a mobile order, go to pick it up and they are always missing something. The manager or whoever is in charge should learn how to place orders so they’re not short on items. Not to mention, customer service is awful.

We’ve ordered here on DoorDash multiple times this weekend and without fail each time we order, something is wrong and or missing from our order… it’s very frustrating when you specifically order one thing and receive something completely different. Last I checked a croissant and an everything bagel are very distinctive in appearance… it almost feels like they mess up our order on purpose… 4 times in a row is absurd.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life. They are constantly running out of things. They never placed their orders in time to make sure that they don’t run out of things and then they get mad at you when you have an attitude because you don’t get what you asked for The absolute worst Dunkin ever their employees are rude and nasty lazy, and don’t care about the customers at all, how are you the smallest Dunkin’ Donuts in the Brooklyn South Brooklyn area and you can’t manage to place your orders in time y’all should never run out of anything. The customer wants with the customer wants you can’t run out of things just because you don’t place the orders in time you don’t feel like placing them. This place is terrible. I highly don’t recommend it. Today I clearly asked for cold foam and oat milk. Apparently they ran out of both. How is that possible? When the other two Dunkin’ Donuts in the area that are a little further from my house definitely had both.

Having come to this establishment, I wanted to enjoy coffee, but in the end I received overcooked swill, in addition to this, avocado toast, was not toast, an ordinary piece of bread with a small amount of avocado. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO VISIT!!!

So I go here sometimes and mostly its okay service. But today the person behind the counter by the name Ali didn’t even let me complete my order. It was supposed to have extra flavoring syrup which he would’ve known if he hadn’t walked off before i finished my order. Hes done this a couple times now. And well i tried to tell him the rest of the order as he walked away but he never listened. Really excellent service skills!
