Whenever you order online, you expect your food to be ready upon arrival. But when you get there, nothing is prepared, and you’re greeted with, “Sorry, we don’t have ____.” This has been my experience, especially at the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever visited.

I like their iced coffee latte without sugar, but I am also taking one of the following bagels, "everything ", "sesame " or "poppyseed". I'm asking them to do it well done, put twice less of the cream cheese they usually put into the bagel on the one side and jelly on the other side. Then put them together and cut the bagel in half.

I've been buying coffee for 2 days now, and every time it's just milk with a little coffee flavor.
The first time I thought it was a new employee, she didn't really know anything, I asked for an extra Shot.
