Nearest Dunkin to my house. Sometimes in the morning when I don't have enough time to eat at home I go here. I use Dunkin app in the phone and collect points. So it means I save my time, make an order before 5 minutes, grab coffee in my way and that is it.

It’s Dunkin, I’m not expecting white table clothes and table service, but we were waiting 20+ minutes for our breakfast sandwiches and when my BF said something to them they were just standing around and that’s when they started making our food. It seems like the bare minimum to get people the food quickly and then stand around. Not rude just apathetic.

The manager at this location is very very rude! She never treats customers nicely, and ALWAYS gives attitude. She wears a head covering and is white. Also, there is an Indian lady that is ALWAYS giving attitude. She has glasses and dark hair.
Overall, this location is very poorly managed and maintained. The floors are dirty, tables need cleaning, and staff need re-training (especially the manager). Watch out for them

I placed an order online through the mobile app. When my boyfriend went inside to retrieve it, it wasn't ready yet. He waited about 25 minutes before saying something, meanwhile there were three females working who could have easily been working on my food. My boyfriend then got behind the counter and made the food himself...the food we paid to have made for us....seems very unprofessional.

Very good location, as far as being clean not the spot, always messy, worker Ali as he said his name was had a very sarcastic attitude and response when asked for the bathroom, service absolutely not good as the other stores, i will also let corporate know in regards to this, i hope the owner of this location takes measures to rectify the problems i would not go back to this location due to not being clean, organized and absolute not acceptable attitude.
