I live this place and all its employees. Don't make it there as much as I'd like but when I can, it's always great! On a side note, please don't ever get rid of Butter Pecan coffee flavor, it's my absolute favorite. š

The person who works there, the older one, is very rude and unkind. She started picking fights with my 3 YEAR OLD brother because of an accident. Thatās so embarrassing, like how are you in your 50s or 60s and fighting with a kid?

Avoid it all together. The workers are miserable and treat the customers like scum.i get that customer service jobs are hard but you donāt have to treat your customers like you hate them. The last straw for me was when i had to wait 10 minutes for one coffee, they got the order wrong and they wouldnāt even acknowledge me talking to them. I was talking to the air. Disgusting behavior.

I waited 10 minutes, 1st in line to have my order taken. There was only one person working who was working on online orders. I asked serval times to please have my order taken. The DD worker said, she was doing somethingā¦. each time I asked. The customers behind me in line told me that āit is always like this.ā Another one said āyou can pull up a chair because it will be a while.ā At this point, after waiting 1st in line for 10 minutes, I left and will never return.

Nearest Dunkin to my house. Sometimes in the morning when I don't have enough time to eat at home I go here. I use Dunkin app in the phone and collect points. So it means I save my time, make an order before 5 minutes, grab coffee in my way and that is it.

Itās Dunkin, Iām not expecting white table clothes and table service, but we were waiting 20+ minutes for our breakfast sandwiches and when my BF said something to them they were just standing around and thatās when they started making our food. It seems like the bare minimum to get people the food quickly and then stand around. Not rude just apathetic.
