For 7$ it is a quality BEC. They do have good bagels and would recommend them. I’d say best on 86th Street and right of the BQE. Only thing lacking from the sandwich was the extra ketchup I asked for but not a deal breaker. But that is the reason for a reduction in one star for food. Overall for the area it’s my go to spot.

Pay attention, they try to rip off customer by charging extra despite advertise price.
And by default the cappuccino comes with Cinnamon powder (without asking the customer). As the employee said Cappuccino always comes with cinnamon everywhere..hahaha

it’s everytime i go to this place,i order the same egg everything lightly toasted and it always comes out blackened basically it’s so dry and too much creme cheese. this place generally sucks

One of the morning staff members is obnoxious and rude. It’s too bad, as the Spanish antics (which he thinks no one understands), is a real turn off from going into this place.

I come here every once in a while. The food is alright, and the prices are a little high. But no longer. I could not believe my eyes when I saw one of the people behind the counter wearing a political hat. Not professional, not acceptable.

I usually get my coffe here I never order breakfast but today I had not time to eat breakfast at home so I ordered for ham egg ans I asked the guy if they have jalapeños and he responded with very bad actitud he said I will make the way you want, not the way I want . I said i just asking if you have . Before I order . He said of course we have what you think ? bad never go back there . Too early for this.

My family and I visit this place every time we are in Brooklyn, sort of like a tradition. This place was the best for bagels and food, but unfortunately they declined in service and food. They lack customer service and only one of the workers was nice, others are rude. The food and bagels aren’t as good as they were previous years. I guess the family and I need to find a new traditional spot for Bagels in Brooklyn. Great thing is we have a lot of Bagel places in Brooklyn to choose from.

Stopped at Dyker Park Bagels to get a bagel for my wife after she got out of the hospital for 9+ hrs & service has gotten so slow it used to be when you walked in to this place workers greated you & got you out in 5 minutes or less not anymore

I was recommended to try these bagels as the best in the area. I personally think they were the worst bagels I have tried so far. I can taste a lot of sugar in the savory bagels and the cream cheese I tried tasted too strongly of processed food. I had a cream cheese with bacon and cheddar mixed in, but the cheese was Velveeta and the bacon was more like bac'n bits. I think this shop best suits someone with a palate for the standard American diet. They were rude to another customer while I was there which was an awkward situation as well.

I have bought bagels and different salads for several years. The tuna salad, egg salad and shrimp salad are very good. They offer a variety of cold cuts and drinks. They also will prepare hot food. Friendly and helpful staff. Service is fast.

Visiting Brooklyn and happened to drive by this place, I’m so happy I stopped! Service was great. The gentleman at the counter was so kind and patient with me. He took the time to make sure my order would be just right. Their seasoned chicken breast is out of this world, definitely try it with jalapeño cream cheese. I think that’s the best bagel I’ve ever tried. We got 4 different bagels and everyone was happy with their order. Can’t wait to go back! Careful where you park though, I got a ticket ? I didn’t realize I was blocking a bus stop.
