If you’re in the mood for great food, Hangover Burger on 86th Street is the place to go. They serve up some of the best burgers around—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. But they also have a standout Korean Poke Bowl, which is equally impressive. The BBQ chicken version is tender, perfectly seasoned, and served over rice for a satisfying, flavorful meal.

Holy crap. This restaurant is truly the pinnacle of dining. Firstly, the food and the milk tea here is just immaculate. Not to mention, tipping isn’t mandated. The price may get a bit high here, but I think it’s worth it. Definitely come here if you could.
I was passing by and saw it is no longer Eats and Poke. It is now "Hangover Burger". I'm gonna miss the korean chicken wings. Google needs to be updated. (Update) came here to order since the owner said it still serves korean chicken so I can give it a fair review based on the food as well. Ordered the soy garlic chicken wings and the korean chicken bento. Was very disappointed with it. The korean chicken wings had so little sauce u barely tasted anything. It tastes like bland chicken wings. They can't be cheap on the sauce cuz that's what makes the wings good. The bento was bland and dry. The fried chicken was so dry, hard, and tasteless that I couldn't even poke my fork thru. Rice was dry, and the corn and egg has no taste. The mayo sauce they put on top was too little to give it moisture or taste. They need to put some taste and sauce with it. Overall, I was disappointed with the food, especially now it is a chicken burger spot. Hope this helps them improve the quality of food.

I read some reviews about the workers not greeting??!?! are we in the same restaurant? They are always greeting. Also, the mixed selection of food is great! I love the salads and milk tea. I also love my shrimp temp. I love the leather chairs!

I ordered the poke bowl that consisted of a generous mixture of ingredients. The poke bowl was spicy with a white rice base. Additionally the poke bowl had crab, avocado, tomato and egg. Friendly staff and other food options include appetizers, salads, burgers, toast/sandwiche, chicken wings, smoothies, juice, tea and slushies.
I ordered online and went to pick it up half an hour later. When I arrived at the restaurant they didn't even start making the order because they didnt bother looking at their tablet for new orders. Ended up waiting another 25 mins for them to put in the order and make it. Why bother having online ordering if they're not going to check it. Not even an apology from the staff for the delay. Very poor service. The food was decent, but overpriced. Won't be ordering again from this place just because of the poor service.

The chicken is fire but the burger and fries are terrible. The burger meat falls apart like clay and tastes like straight up peppercorns with nothing else and the fries are so oversalted even ketchup can't cover it up. Just get the chicken.

The food was really good, we had a really good selection of options for our bowls for a very fair price compared to some of the other poke places in the area. The service was quick and they were very kind and friendly and the atmosphere was very nice and overall very clean. I will definitely be coming back. :)

This place has pretty good food options. Just be aware that the photos in the menu isn’t what your food is going to look like for some items (kinda misleading tbh). The biggest problem I have is that the wait time is really bad. I went in when there were barely any people and had to wait ~30 mins for a bowl. The atmosphere is nice and there is a lot of seating.
