It was my first time to try Jamaican dish. I had an absolutely amazing experience here. The plate of Acknee & Saltfish, Fried dumplings was so delicious!On top of that,- Perfect portion with a reasonable price- Great service with warm welcoming feeling from restaurant's ownerEveryhing was perfect.I highly recommend this restaurant!

One of my favorite Jamaican restaurants in NYC!A few of my favorite things:- the curry goat meal, some of the BEST goat dinners that I’ve had from a restaurant, this the go to dinner for my mother and I- the porridge is just the right amount of sweet and thickness and really all the breakfast items are a hit- the fried fish slices are so good and delicate- the shrimp meal is one of my favorites- the chicken patties are a good on the go quick snack- the fried chicken taste like Jamaican KFC (if you know you know — bangin’!!!!)- the kale salad is unique but pairs very well with a variety of the lunch/dinner options- the cake slices are a nice treat after dinner- and the natural juices are A MUST!!!Clearly, I love everything about this restaurant ?The atmosphere is calm and can sometimes get a little crowded but thats okay because the food is good and worth the wait!During the summer they even have a band come out and play live music, a sweet touch to the neighborhood. Looking forward to seeing more of this, this summer!

This resturant has become a favorite of mine. The employee are friendly, they make me feel like I am known forever. The food is delicious and the cakes are very moist and flavorful.

I always go for the patties. Absolutely delicious Stew Chicken. I had that with some rice and peas, and veggies. Very nice people working in there too. Might be my new spot for stew and curry chicken.

Kind of a whole in the wall, I only accidentally ran into it. I got the beef patty which was divine! And I also got a big plate with glazed salmon peas and rice and a little salad ..it was about 20 total and that’s awesome because it’s a lot of food (the lady working there stuffed the plate to the brim lol)The woman working was sweet. There’s a little seating too but I took it to go!It’s a true Jamaican restaurant with legit Jamaican food! No complaints here

First let me start with the exceptional polite, respectful, wonder,customer service this lady gave me. Now, let's talk about the food. It was DELICIOUS. I don't eat spicy, and I ate there food because to me it was spicy but so good tasty and favorable. My kids loved it so so much. To the point that I now have to go all the way back to Brooklyn to get them some more food. Definitely recommend this place.
