I liked the filling of the sandwich I got here but it was definitely overpriced for what it was. I ordered a GF bagel because I can't eat wheat and I didn't like the texture of their GF bagels

pretty good, the sephardi wrap stood out, sauce is really good too, the tahini coffee was overrated imo

Amazing breakfast sandwiches and the tahini coffee slushee was awesome. Highly recommend the malawaches for something different.

(This review is only about their cookies.)
🍪✨It was two really really thin slices of caramel chocolate chip cookies with a chewy texture. Thinking like a caramel you have to pull but still kinda crumbly a little bit. Super unique and I do recommend cookie lovers to give it a try!

Usually it’s good but there was rotten avocado in my wrap and a chunk of peel

Edith’s Bagels absolutely impressed me. The flavor is unique, everything tastes fresh, and you can really feel their special touch. Definitely one of the best bagels I’ve had. Highly recommended.

One of my favorite eats on my trip.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They all are passionate and had great recs. I went with their house made sausage in a flatbread. The flakey hot flatbread with the sausage and potatoes made it one of my favorite eats.
I also had a sample of their coffee slushies.

The staff had great recommendations for places to see in the city. Overall I will definitely come back.

Pumpkin Spice version of their famous coffee slushie is a win. All the wraps are amazing, especially the Pastrami and the Sephardi. Definitely order on Malawach. Pricey, but worth every penny.

Can speak to the Edith pastrami sandwich and the breakfast wrap (spicy egg + sausage) both of which were very tasty. Service is a bit slow during the weekend when there’s a long line. Not much seating space so you’re mostly standing outside waiting for sandwiches

Edith’s is wonderful. Even if I wasn’t obsessed with the backstory and the owner? PS good for her.
The food is so good that it literally makes you want to scream.
No, I’m serious. It’s actually that good.
I called them to tell them how I felt after I ate a BEC bc it was life changing.
Sometimes you gotta give people credit for just being awesome.

Went to Edith’s around 2pm on a Friday, no line but about a 10-15 minute wait for my food. (Not complaining.) The guy at the counter with the mustache was nice. True to the name, there isn’t much seating here, so plan to eat elsewhere unless you get lucky and the table out front is open. McCarren Park is a short bike ride away. I brought my sandwich there and had a very pleasant time.

I got the Californian on seeded rye (toasted). It was a great tuna sandwich, buttery, savory, fresh, and a little sweet. Would I pay $18 (with tip) for it regularly? No. But it was a good enough that I’d come back here every once in a while. Lots of other things on the menu sounded yummy.

I’d definitely recommend the sandwiches.

Much love for the Edith (pastrami) sandwich! Only minor complaint is that I probably got an extra fatty part of the brisket.

Seems like there’s a lot of fun different and bold flavors on the menu, so finding the right pick may take some time.

The iced coffee is pretty strongly tahini flavored in my opinion, so be advised!
