Minimalist cafe with proper coffee and breakfast options. Servers were friendly and helpful.

I had poached eggs on toast.
Simple and they nailed it.
I’d give this place a Michelin star.
Good music as well.

Good but not anything too special - I enjoyed the meal but not sure I’ll go back too frequently. Definitely recommend trying though!

Always a happy morning. The staff is sweet, the kind of people that make Brooklyn special. The food is delicious - the chilaquiles are mouth watering and can be made gluten free :) (if you are ok with a mixed kitchen). The coffee is wonderful too. A lovely spot to chat with friends or lovers, or bring a book and enjoy the cheerful atmosphere solo.

Wow, this place was great! First of all, I’m a matcha drinker. The matcha art was next level. I mean, it’s a silly thing to comment on but I’ve never seen art done quite this way.
Second, we got the egg scramblers. Mine had chorizo. It was insanely good. Absolutely next level. Didn’t feel like scrambled eggs, didn’t taste like them. Also didn’t taste like chorizo, nor was there a side of chorizo. Instead the eggs just popped with flavor that was out of this world.

We also got the biscuit with jam. The butter (some kind of cinnamon apple butter I think) was delicious and the jam was extraordinary. The biscuit itself was very crumbly but it got the job done.

Highly recommend!

My overall review would truly be a 2.5/5, but for the sake of rounding up I will give this place a 3/5. The restaurant itself has a nice vibe in a great part of Williamsburg. It took us a while to be greeted when we came in and our server wasn’t particularly on top of it and forgot our order. Putting that aside, I ordered the El Capitan with chorizo, in addition to the loaded hash browns. Both items were extremely bland, which was surprising considering the variety of ingredients. For the price, I was quite disappointed and underwhelmed. My girlfriend’s Turkish eggs were great & my cold brew was on point. When our server came by to check on us at the end of the meal and asked how everything was, I responded with “it was alright” and was not asked for further feedback or any way to rectify what was going on (but I could have also been less passive here).
Overall, this is a cute spot but for the price and quality you could go elsewhere.

Nothing crazy. Their breakfast burrito was pretty good. Pricing was decent. Would come back here for a casual breakfast

I liked this place until we got the bill and they charged us $7 for a Diet Coke. An 8 OUNCE Diet Coke. Almost $1 per ounce of Coke. The food was good and the service was good, but 1 star is deserved just for that. Hey owner…this is absolute nonsense.

We got the Turkish Eggs and Spandex bowl. I would not get the Turkish eggs again just because there wasn’t a ton of food. The Spandex bowl was very flavorful, I really liked it. Lots of seating and we didn’t have to wait on Mother’s Day!

Wow wa wee wa the Turkish egg breakfast (5/5) is amazing! Perfect combination of Herby mint and parsley, smokiness from the pepper, and creaminess from the yogurt. The bread was also literally perfectly cooked. This is the best breakfast I've had in Willy-B. The spandex (4/5) is good and has a nice twist with the tamari, but I'm still dreaming about the Turkish breakfast. Service is also hyper nice. Totally recommend!
