Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The indoor service was mediocre, and the staff was notably unfriendly, particularly toward women. The establishment adds nearly 16% in taxes, claiming it's a city requirement. On top of that, an 18% tip is automatically included—even though the service was far from satisfactory. As for the outdoor area, be warned: the noise level is unbearable. If you value your hearing, avoid sitting outside. Overall, it was a poor experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The food was just average.

attended your recent event and wanted to share some feedback regarding the experience. The flyer stated a 9:00 PM start time and encouraged early arrival, so I purchased my tickets and arrived at 8:00 PM. Unfortunately, the doors did not open until 10:30 PM, which was a significant delay and quite inconvenient.
Additionally, once inside, we were told that we needed to purchase three bottles of alcohol to get a table—even though there were only two of us. This requirement felt excessive and wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand. We also paid $370.00 for one bottler of whiskey (over price).
I hope future events will offer more accurate timing and more reasonable accommodation options. Thank you for your attention.

I visited El Ambiente Restaurant and Lounge on 4/14/24 for Latin Karaoke. We enjoyed our visit very much. The ambience is family oriented, nice decor, food and service was excellent, affordable, I highly recommend. I also found parking on the corner, which was convenient. Will definitely return to Eddie’s karaoke night!? My type of vibe!

It is an expensive place and not at all pretty, it does not have much to offer. They charge you if you talk to the waitresses. (I don't recommend it at all)

Nice place, the service was good but the food was bad! I ordered mofongo de chicharrón. The meat tasted disgusting, no flavor, it was dried and old. I also ordered skirt steak canasticas del ambiente, it was actually bland, stewed beef with an after taste. I do not recommend this restaurant.
