Yo i went in this store with my boy and he gets taken care of and im literally right behind this guy and some short dominican lady skipped over my order like 3 times and i kept saying im next and i raised my hand even and she didn’t care and kept picking her friends or “regulars” until some older looking taller dominican lady took my order and she was really nice .
Solid restaurant for my cravings. Been around for years and been a patron for years. Have been to many Spanish restaurants in NYC, this restaurant stands on the podium amongst many joints. Prices are inconsistent with different cashiers on different nights when I go. Chicken soup can be a hit or miss but overall food is rock solid.
Knowing what to expect is why you come here. Wanna get quality, diverse, economical food? Wanna feel like a local to a Brooklyn/Latin borough? Wanna practice your Spanish without being laughed at? This is THE place.
