This is an indispensable neighborhood spot. Authentic, cafeteria style Dominican food. They have many roast meats options, lots of stews, puff pastries that looked similar to empanadas, and different kinds of rice as well as beans. They also do a variety of soups.The lady who made my plate was so sweet and gave me recommendations, and filled my plate with HEAPS of food, thank you!The roast pork with red beans and rice was delicious. The pork was succulent and generously portioned. They put a few spoonfuls of meat sauce over the food which made the plate extra juicy and flavorful.Very cheap prices! Best value on Myrtle Ave 100%. My plate of sooo much rice, beans and roast port was only $11. It was really two servings worth of food.They also do a lunch deal for $10.I am so glad I tried this place out. I will be back! The roast chicken looked amaaaazing!
