I do not recommend this place, yesterday I went with my family to eat encebollados, the waitresses had a bad face, very haughty, the food took a long time and to make matters worse the encebollados were stored and my family and I got diarrhea, vomiting and a bellyache They should take more care of that, very bad experience, I have been before and it was not that bad, I will not return

The first time I went to this place was because of an advertisement I saw from an “influencer”. I ordered a mixed bolon, which took exactly 42 minutes. It wasn't that bad or that good. So I decided to come back and give it another chance on 09/21/2024. But it was the worst decision. This time I ordered a mixed tigrilo, it took exactly 47 minutes. Almost all the employees at that place spend their time talking to each other and on their cell phones like college students. There was only one skinny boy, maybe 5'7" tall. That I was trying to pay attention to the tables. The rest were more women and focused on their cell phones. My food was disgusting, the margay was so soaked in fat that it couldn't be enjoyed. It was disgusting and made me want to vomit because of all the fat in both the green and the chicharrón.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon after waiting for 15 min I decided to ask the waitress to please bring me my coffee since it already past 15 min she bring my coffee all cold and just put it on table I request another person to please bring me a hot coffee just turn and I’m still here waiting and everyone just passing by :(

The flavor is average, onion cut very thick, the fish they use doesn't look very fresh, I don't think they have a specific recipe to prepare onion or maybe it's because they change cooks constantly.

I went to eat in this place the taste of the food is good the problem is that for an order to arrive at the table it seems too long I had to wait a full hour for a bolon I mean it is too long the truth is they should have better attention and for that reason reason the place is not recommended
