It’s a Latin food , basically Domican !! Restaurant, food is good , served with a big portion, I always afraid about the portions but after you staring eating the plate is getting Less and less delicious food , I really recommend this place if you’re looking to spend some family time while enjoying an good meal .

I usually don't write reviews but here I am. I ordered Ox tail stew and seeing that they had it in the outside display. The waitress was rude and said they didn't have it. I asked her what is that and pointed at the ox tail on display. She then said ox tail stew with attitude. First time I felt upset over ordering food at a restarante. If you are not hispanic just don't go there.

Stumbled across this place after running some errands in Bayridge with my mom & sister— Decided to give it a try and we were honestly not disappointed at all! We got the big meal of chicharon de pollo, white rice, black beans, platanos maduros and a large pineapple jarritos. The lady was super sweet and nice and the place is also super clean! Will definitely be returning.

I have been living here for 3 years and knew about this spot but never ordered takeout until last week. I got some pernil, roasted pork w rice, and peas. It was really good! Will have to go back and get some other food at another time. $8 for a large bean that looked like 2 cans of beans were dumped in it! The seasoning was good, too! No pics cause I was hungry. I will add them next time!
I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN. This was my go to restaurant for Spanish food in bayridge, I order from them A LOT. I tried To place an order for delivery. I ordered a Pork Chop Family combo and then I asked for a lunch with pepper steak and rice the lady proceeded to tell me that they don’t do lunches at this time (6:30pm) I said that’s fine you can charge me whatever price i just Don’t want a whole order, I want it together in a plate because there’s only one person eating from this because they don’t eat pork. she proceeded to tell me no, mind you, I order from this place all the time and always get a lunch at this time! I then told her i always order at this time and get a one plate and it was never an issue. She then tells me they don’t do lunch for delivery. So which one is it??? The time or delivery?? Sounds very confusing. She then catches a nasty attitude with me and I proceed to tell her never mind I don’t want the order and she just HUNG UP on me. What kind of customer service is this? Not only do you catch an attitude with your customer but you hang up on them too! She needs to learn better customer service. This restaurant has officially lost me and my family as a customer due to her customer service!

The only problem is that if you ask him to approve a bit of food, they don't let you try it. That's very bad because the customer wants to know the flavor and see if he likes it. If he doesn't like it, he buys something else, but the customer has the right to approve the food wherever he is. Be it in any food restaurant where you can see the food outside, I didn't like it when they told me that I can't approve a spoonful of spaghetti to the owner who fixes that for his employees.

Terrible experience! The service is terrible! The employee who attended to me had an attitude as if her life sucked and she treated me in the same way. Slapping things and making faces with his face. They sell everything separately and they can't make any exceptions which is ridiculous because they put trays of different sizes with the same price just because you have to buy as the order comes. They made me feel like I was going to beg for food. It's the second time I've gone and both times I haven't felt good in this place. NO MORE.
