i had the Pernil with avocado salad it was delicious, the pork was so juicy and tender the salad was definitely a plus will be coming back, also had some pork chops that i didn’t include in the picture but definitely worth a try!

I ordered from uber eats and received a call that they do not have banana pudding so I asked for my $7 refund. Received another call saying they were only able to refund $5 do I want a cookie. I said no, I want my $2, they're unable to do it. I asked for a cancelation of my entire order which they couldn't do because my order is on the way...so where was Rob going to put my cookie? I told him I will call Uber corporate. Uber offered me a full refund.Pollo don't play with me and my $2.

The food is so good. I order the chicken soup which is made with big chunks of chicken string beans now tie noodles potatoes carrots and not salty. I love the chicken which has sides of rice and beans or sweet plantains. They have salads and guacamole with chips. It's a clean restaurant and the service is great. They also deliver. A must try which is easily located on 18th Avenue.

I don’t think there’s any misses on the menu but my go to is the rotisserie chicken, so tender and juicy. And the lomo was superb. Great for after work lunch or dinner with the fam.

Terrible service by Chaufa and it's not what the menu says, poorly prepared, it takes a while, although there are no customers, the first and last time I enter this place, the rice is 3 days old, I think the beans are overcooked, poor hygiene and everything is very bad ??and People please, I don't recommend this place at all..??

NO IT DIDN'T. it tasted AWESOME!!! my fav was the tripe and potato, next was pallela, then oxtail. But then it hit me at the end. the beef barley soup. like i just licked the back of a salt truck. still good
