Mercadito by Eleva & Porteñas

My iced mate was delicious! They have such a fun vibe with other porteño products like dulce de leche and alfajores! I was raised in Argentina and am in NY for school, so this made my heart SO happy!HOWEVER, the barista was really rude and while I was asking questions she made faces, rolled her eyes, and didn’t respond despite hearing me. My partner and I were disappointed and will not be coming back, especially since we were so excited to stop by.

Great coffee! I purchased a croissant (morning of 11/10) which had a great taste but was under-cooked and doughy. Hope next time it’s better!

This place does great ricotta pancakes there is a limited breakfast menu I also have the porridge which was great I was disappointed by the serving size wasn't very much for what you pay for they do a great almond coffee The service was efficient I didn't wait too long for my food it's one of the better places in a tourist area

My flat white was below average. There are definitely better brews in the neighbourhood!

Awesome coffee

Cozy shop. The drinks very good. They brew their own beans. There are cookies, sandwiches and other treats. Great nook in Williamsburg. Their match latte with oat milk is delicious.

I purchased a pound of the Ethiopian coffee, and it was fresh and delicious! After meeting Emilio, I understood his passion for providing people with great coffee at a reasonable price. He builds relationships with farmers that produce some of the best coffee in the world and is committed to quality and freshness. I highly recommend Eleva and will be a repeat customer for sure!

The coffee at Eleva—either Ethiopian, Nicaraguan or Guatemalan—is rich and flavorful, and the consistency of their oat cappuccinos really hits the spot for me. The smell alone gets me a little caffeinated, and along with Devocion and Toby’s estate, this is consistently the best cup of coffee for me in Brooklyn. Though there’s no seating room, the vibe of this little spot is super cozy and cheery, and I always have great chats with the baristas. They’ve got a few delicious baked goods too. The pumpkin olive oil bread melts in your mouth, and every bite is so satisfying it’s seriously worth any subsequent guilt the splurge may inspire later.

Amazing coffee spot! Owner was very welcoming and the cold brew is delicious! Definitely going back often!
