We were looking to a good meal. It took almost 2 hours to get a few appetizers and our meals. It was so tiring waiting for our food that we asked for the check as the steak hit the table. We just couldn't spend even more time for desert. The steaks were severely undercooked. We ordered the tomahawk medium rare and it arrived rare. One in our party could even eat it. Overall, a miserable experience. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

Usually a very solid steak house, this time around was not so great. The mussels in white sauce were way overly salted and for the first time ever, we didn't dip our bread in the broth. We notified the waiter who was simply not interested. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, but also very over salted. Oddly, the creamed spinach was both bland and greasy. After so many successful visits over the years, this time around seemed like we were in a different place. What a bummer!

Went there for my anniversary and was sorely disappointed. They were serving potato pie and beets with a ribeye steak ? Not everyone eats beets. The food was subpar, the manager/bartender inflexible and unaccommodating and they had the nerve to charge a 20% gratuity on the bill. Would never return

Went there for my anniversary, we ordered steak and was told it came with potato pie and beets? really asked for a plain baked potato and was told I had to pay for it. Totally inflexible and unaccommodating. Waited forever for the subpar steak and they had the audacity to charge a 20% gratuity on the bill. Run don't walk from this place

Food & Drink on point!! My filet Mignon and her Ribeye was amazing and the Sangria was the best I’ve had in a long time! For dessert Tiramisu & Cappuccino and the after dinner Blueberry Martini WOW!

Service was good but my rib eye was mediocre at best, thing is they overcharged my credit card I called them twice and was told twice the owner would call me back well 6 days later and no call back. Find another steakhouse this isnt so special

Octopus starter.... nice flavor.... small amount of octopus .... I know its a starter but octopus is not that expensive! The filet mignon tips and shrimp..... not so good. But the lamb was amazing flavor and generous portion..... the meat was tender .... which i guess it should be for lamb. Also meanness when it came to sides. Spinach... side... small portion.... also small portions with main course..... corn..... is very cheap .... same with the potato.... mash which tasted very good ....but not enough. Also they don't serve bottles or cans of soda.... just that horrible dispenser variety. This is something they could fix easily..... just stock up on a few cans or bottles of diet coke.... you are in the business of pleasing the customer....... that's if you would like them to come back? And a note to waiters: Please don't seat people right up close to us when the restaurant is 80% empty. Some of us like our own little private space!

I was there for the first time last March and loved it. This summer, my daughter and her boyfriend went and had a horrible experience. They were out of things on the menu and the server was rude. They thought they were treated poorly because they used a Groupon Voucher. They vowed to never return . Two days ago for my birthday dinner I chose to go to embers. I should’ve listened to my daughter. We walked in on a !Monday night without a reservation. The place was empty and they made it look like it was such a haste to find us a table. I should’ve walked out then. When we were seated, we ordered our appetizers . A while later when I tasted my crab cake, it was ice cold. I sent it back and was told that the fryer hadn’t heated up well. We then placed our dinner order. When my steak arrived it was blood, I ordered it we’ll done. The waiter argued that it was well done and it was the juices on the plate. I explained that I cannot eat anything that isn’t well done, because I had a lung transplant less than a year ago. I told him that I could become such and go through reject. I wanted it cooked longer. He insisted that it was well. I made them take it off my bill and chose not to eat. So much for my birthday dinner. I attached a picture of my bloody plate.you be the judge.

Our waiter, Angel, really made this experience incredible. The venue is decent. The dim lights made it feel romantic. The food took about an hour to come out but tasted absolutely incredible. More specifically, the filet mignon was amazing but not the filet mignon tips and shrimp... stick with the classics and absolutely order their mashed pie, you will NOT regret it. The service was impeccable; thank you Angel for being so kind!
