Problems with the food, drinks and staff. Rude and obnoxious staff, horrible with food that looks like its been siting there all day. Would not come back again.

The customer service is horrible. They were rude, and bias towards people that don't speak Chinese. I was given an attitude from the workers for not understanding their English, rude customer service with bad food. Don't recommend

The food is dry, old, and they don't use fresh ingredients. I would not recommend this bakery as they're are better ones around it. The food is just old and greasy and doesn't taste good.

Very soft, tasty buns and a solid dim sum and dessert selection, all at a great price!

This bakery is legit and food is great. The service definitely better than other place around. I wish they have more buns after 12PM. They typically sold out by 3PM. Highly recommend dim sum, lunch and bakery goods here.

Usually my go to for dim sum, been coming here since they changed to a bakery from a restaurant. I always end up ordering over 10 dim sum dishes. Lately I noticed the shrimp in their dim sum is not fresh. It was mushy and soggy so most likely old. :/ what a shame because shrimp cheurn fun (rice roll) is my favorite

They often miscalculate money and often charge me a little more. Today is even more outrageous. For something worth more than ten yuan, it is counted as 21. Forget it. I gave you 40 yuan, but only gave me 12 yuan in change. Damn it, a black shop!

Honestly such a good Chinese bakery. Prices are cheaper than those in 86st and the flavor is amazing.
The beef rice rolls are my go to, very thick pieces of meat- they don't skimp out.
The bakery section is in the back and very organized. Seating is available and very clean.

i was there yesterday after work around 4.30 pm
I got 2 egg tart and ribs with rice noddle is call Bai kut chong , but I spoke in English how much .
She was whispering to the other lady like charge her full price right .
She though I don't understand Chinese I took out 7$ to pay
I said in Chinese how come 7$ is not 50% off after 4.30 and she like she got nervous and said 4 $
Totally wrong in customer service and she told me I spoke English that why full price.
The next door bakery service is 100% better and they do the special too 50% off after 4.30 pm and I speak English too there they don’t charge me full .
Everyone should be treated equally .
Not going back to this bakery ?

We decided to try out this Chinese bakery and it was delicious. They had a good selection of breads and also had a lot of dim sum items. I believe we got the beef rice rolls, fried dough rice rolls, chicken feet, two breads (one of them was the char siu bao and I forgot what the other one was). We also got two drinks (hot milk tea and a lemon honey water). Everything here was fairly priced and I’m glad they had seating inside. Be mindful of what time you come (especially if you’re planning to eat there) because it can get busy on the weekends. Other than that, everything was great!
