The food was very good. The burger was as good as I’d hoped, although the accompanying waffle fries weren’t a patch on good fries. The vegetarian pizza was also very good. Could have been a touch crispier and wouldn’t have hurt being cooked for another minute.The service was very poor. There was no interest in the customer, it does have a conveyer belt feel. Get in, eat, get out. There’s no warmth with the service. I wished for a better experience, one that the food deservesDon’t sit outside in the cold. We did and the awning was left open. We had to continue closing it. The waiter kept opening and never once asked if we were comfortable

The pepperoni cup pizza really hits the spot every time, doesn't it? Walking just a few blocks to grab one has become a bit of a ritual for me, maybe too much of one, haha. Tried the Emily burger recently, based on the rave it's getting, and yep, it's a messy affair but in a finger-lickin' good way – the sauce, onion, and cheese do a little dance that's quite the show. The atmosphere's cozy, perfect for a small get-together or a solo food adventure. Service is on point, though I reckon on sunnier days, you'd be lucky to snag a table.

The Emmy burger lives up to the hype, and earns my 5 star rating. Truly wish I could eat this over and over again. Servers were kind and accommodating, and helped make the restaurant accessible to my 8 month old. No high chairs but they did have a booster seat which did the trick. Pizza didn’t stick out to me, but I wouldn’t try it again to make sure!Kid-friendliness: Booster seat available

Really wanted to love this place as it was recommended (armcherry ??♀️) as having the best burger.The meat patty was of good quality beef but I was not as impressed with the overall taste. I was expecting more for a $30+ burger. Fries were perfect, nice and crispy.The classic pizza was good but I also wasn't wowed.This is probably just personal preference but I prefer Razza for their pizza and 7th Street for their burgers.The tables were also too cramped together and you can hear everyone's conversations.
I ordered the Emmy burger and the Cesar salad tonight from this location for delivery. The salad did not show up at all, but the real issue was that the burger that arrived was 100% raw (photo attached).I'm hoping that this oversight had to do with the fact that my order was for delivery and not what they are generally serving guests in the restaurant, but when I called and spoke to the manager on duty she said "We serve a lot of burgers, this must have fallen through the cracks." She did apologize but I don't feel that she showed the kind of concern and urgency appropriate for the fact that the food that the chef deemed acceptable to send out of the kitchen could have put me in the hospital. This is a $33 burger and it was completely raw.I'm also in my third trimester of pregnancy and I'm still shaking about what could have happened had I not realized and swallowed my first bite of completely raw meat.I used to love this restaurant but won't ever be able to return and I would recommend folks really triple check the status of their burgers before diving in.

Came here for dinner and drinks with some friends. It has a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent service. However, I’d say the food we got was just solid. Good, not great, and not worth the premium price we paid.We got calamari to share, one pizza each (Classic, Emily, Vivrant Thing), and a drink. The pizzas were certainly above average, but you can definitely find better and cheaper elsewhere. The red pizzas were much better than the white in my opinion as well.After reading the reviews here it seems like the burgers are actually more popular than the pizzas which is weird because I thought this was mainly a pizza place. If you’re going to visit for the first time, I’d say try the burger instead. That’s what I’ll be doing next time I visit.

I never write negative reviews. I chose to eat here bc of the reviews. So thought i share.Food was fine but I got sick. I didn't like the vodka pizza it tasted like the plain pizza honestly. My drink that was $20 was watery and terrible.the service was non existent. I had my reservation for the wrong day and they said we could only sit at the bar which is fine that was my fault. But the tables were empty until closing. The hostess said she'd cancel my reservation so I didn't get charged $75. Guess what. She didn't! So that was the icing on top.I won't be back.

I work as a Pizza Delivery boy in the middle of nowhere, Texas, and have taken a good several vacations around the US; and between being the Pizza Man and the Fat American Tourist, believe it when I say I've had a truly absurd amount of Pizza in my time.So take it seriously when I say the Williams I ordered from this Emily's was an effing Spiritual Experience for me and maybe the best Pizza I've ever had in my life. Don't be distracted by all this hype about the Emmy burger, no, that burger is merely a delicious and perfectly cooked specimen of fine dry-aged cuisine: TRY THE PIZZA for the love of God, it's all over the menu for a very good reason!
