This place has terrible customer service. I placed an order for breakfast today at 10:54 am. They took my order, name and address. It ia now 12:14 pm I have not received any order. I called to speak to a manager and no one was there. How do you run a business like this and treat people that way.

This place is terrible to order from. I called and placed an order at 10:54 am for pancakes and 4 bagels. They said they would deliver. It is now 12:08 pm and I still have not received my order they will not put the manager on the phone. My order was never made. They couldnt be honest with me in the first place I would have never have ordered from there. They ruined my beakfast.

This place is Ducking trash the service is appalling I have never felt so disrespected as a NYer trying to get a quick bit on my travels. I entered this establishment trying to get a simple l bagel. I was told to wait and once the customer in front of me was finished. The person behind the counter started to walk away from me before asking to help me. Once he took my order I walked to the front to pay and two guys behind me place their order. Would you know this guy's made two bagel sandwiches before he could toast a butter a bagel for me. Let's just say I flipped out asked for my money back and left. If you're not white or don't speaking Spanish don't waist your time.

Dear Emmons Bagels,please make a note that you are not supposed to touch/wrap food with dirty hands after touching money or when you do some other work in the store. Please, always use either clean/new gloves or tweezers. When you make bagels/food your hair is supposed to be covered, so there wouldn’t be any hair inside the bagels (I discovered few lately). If you don’t follow sanitary rules people buying your food get sick and might get worm infestation. You are located in great area, with good service and clean food you will have even more clients. I live 12 mins from this place I have a child I always tip ten plus dollars they always lie and say the food on the way and it never shows up n when they see your number they ignore the call over priced low quality food

Used to be the tastiest bagels in the area. Guess no more. Last time was here about 10 years ago. Before that was a regular there. Stopped by this morning for a poppy seed one. This was the blandest bagel I've ever had. Don't know what it was made of. Not sure it was wheat. The crust is so hard to chew on. Normally we say feels like rubber, but it felt like plastic, rather. Coffee was just pure water of brownish color. Too bad.

Got toasted pumpernickel bagel and coffee. Bagel was tasty and just right; It was not gumny or hard. Lox cream cheese was the right consistency. This was exactly what I hoped for in a breakfast. Keep up the good work.
