So delicious. I tried the Americana and the Pastelón. Service is fast + restaurant is so cozy. Americana HIGHLY recommend if you enjoy onions on your burger. Pastelón Great balance of sweet + slavery. Good to know: The sauce makes the empanada. I wish it was t 25 cents per sauce but it's worth it!

Hello, fellow Latina here! Decided to stop in with my kids for a tasty treat after a dentist appointment. So happy I did, we had a variety of empanadas. My son had the s'mac n cheese, my daughter had the spinach and ricotta (tasted it, very savory would order for myself) and veggie plantain, my youngest had the Americana and the ropa vieja, I also had the ropa vieja and the shrimp empanada. We give them all a thumps up, I love the outer crust. Everything came out hot and fresh, perfectly crunchy. The shrimp empanada is very flavorful and so was the ropa vieja. Nice portion of filling in both (some places skimp). I had the fruit Limeade which I really enjoyed and my daughter had the passion fruit limeade which she thought was better than mine (I don't agree). The one item we weren't impressed with was the pina colada, my son ordered it and it was too coconuty, very rich like milk. The space itself is very cozy, everything looked clean and the staff was very pleasant. They were patient (I was with indecisive children) with smiles on their face. The one draw back about the experience, it was a little too warm in the store. But I'll just write it off, because it's the warmest day in spring so far! Don't be shy and come on by!

I ordered $400 worth of food for a group, but it turned into a hassle. They sent three pans of food without any organization, leaving me to spend nearly two hours sorting everything out. By the time I did, the food was cold. Don't count on them to handle group orders properly – it was a major inconvenience. When I contacted the manager, they simply brushed it off, saying they didn't bother because it was a large order.

Really mediocre empanadas. No cheese pull and they practically serve it cold. The pizza empanada had cheap ingredients honestly tasted like a Tostino pizza roll. For the price I expected something better. Pretty disappointing.

The empanadas here were worst than I remember. I'm not a fan of their menu. The bag was soaked in grease and the empanadas were salty. The chicken had a sour taste so I threw it out. . This place is mid and there are way too many good spots in BK and Queens to eat terrible empanadas. 0/5 The tres leches cake is so bomb. I was so surprised. It was the best I've had in recent years. If I'm ever in the area and craving Tres Leches, I would stop by. Other than that, its a wrap for me eating Empanada City empanadas.

first time ordering from this place for a staff lunch . Me and another co worker ordered the rice and beans and pernil. Never again! Y’all just stick to empanadas. The food was bland and horrible and me and that go worker has food poisoning. We both called out today and been running to the bathroom . I’m sick and the food wasn’t great.

Recently had an event catered by this place. The delivery was on time and I had no problems. Would definitely order from yall again. Everyone loved the empanadas. The only issue was that we ordered a variety of empanadas and the pans weren't labeled so we had no idea what was what. This is not the first time that I've dealt with this.
Empanadas are great and always fresh. Cute little vibe in the restaurant. The servers are also always nice. My favorite are the Pastelon, Spinach and Ricotta, and SMAC n Chicken.

I placed my order, I paid for it... I waited 30 minutes... so that after that time... they told me that they were just going to place my order... that the order had not arrived in the kitchen... with me... being the only person seated. .waiting and they never noticed...until I asked the guy...to ask...why is it taking so long...what a lack of respect...

Their empanadas are very delicious, and I highly recommend the fruit limeade. But I also recommend going in person, because when I order for delivery, they screw up the order about 60% of the time--wrong flavors, missing items.
