great empanadas and super fast service. tried shrimp, carnitas, mushroom, and plantain and cheese - shrimp was fantastic, but the plantain and cheese was next level. easy takeout spot if you’re in the area. very filling and affordable. would recommend grabbing a few extra to freeze.
Charging $.30 for Mayo and ketchup mixed together is like me selling water and charging $.30 for the cup…. The napkins were free though. The napkins were free.

I was roaming around the neighborhood waiting for a friend and I saw EMPANADA CITY! As a Proud Puertorriqueña, this place has my blessing!! Delicious empanadas, the dough is delightful, the customer service was diverse- Empanada City is Puerto Rican/Dominican owned and I was wonderfully assisted by a Venezuelan cashier! Getting back to the food, I had the signature Pollo and Pizza! It was delicious, the pollo wasn’t dry either which we LOVEEE!! I must add I did get the pink sauce which is your traditional, mayo, ketchup, and garlic. It was only 30’cents, I don’t blame them for charging, the signature empanadas are only $3.00 which is an unbeatable price for their quality. I also got their Fruit Limeade, which comes with fruit inside the cup- I LOVE! I can’t wait to go back and eat more.

The food here is really good my only problem is that I never know which empanada is which because the bags are never labeled . I know there’s stamps on the empanadas to say which ones are which but they’re so small and can barely see it

The real disappointment, though, was the service. It felt disorganized and inattentive. The staff seemed uninterested, bordering on rude. It’s not the worst place I’ve been, but with so many great options out there, I won’t be rushing back.

Didn’t know there were 2 locations!! As a Puerto Rican I loveee empanada city. The chicken and ropa vieja remind me of my grandmothers cooking. Love the avocado sauce and coconut flan. Highly recommend. Even my delivery came super quick.
First time here and my family needed lunch before heading out for fun around the corner. The food was delicious. Drinks were refreshing. Service was pleasant and welcoming. If we are ever in the area again we will be back! Thanks guys.

He just bought 2 pina coladas and it is the worst in my entire life. It is watery and had no flavor at all. I will never return to this place again. If they don't know how to do something so simple, they have no future as a business.

I tried empanadas from Empanada City and they we absolutely delicious! It had that perfect homemade taste—crispy and golden on the outside, with a flavorful, well-seasoned filling inside. Each bite was packed with fresh ingredients, and you could tell it was made with care.

So I loved this spot, but in the last year or so, I've noticed that they've been slacking; making unexcuseable mistakes. People place orders and expect to receive what they ordered. The last thing a business should want is for a customer to have an allergic reaction to something they didn't order because they were sent the wrong item(s). I have received orders with the wrong items, items that were mislabeled, and missing items altogether. I'm falling out of love with E.C and I wish I wasn't, but how many times must I be disappointed after ordering here? 025
Love this spot. Been enjoying these delicious empanadas since they opened. Got my Family & Friends hooked on them. They're always fresh & packed full of goodness. I've got my favorites but honestly, they're all delish! Give them a try. I hope you'll enjoy them as much as I do.
Parking: Street parking. Parking depends on time & day. Weekends can be very busy. I went around 2pm on a Tuesday, & there was plenty of parking. Good luck!
