It's my new favorite Chinese restaurant. I have been going here for about 6 months now and really enjoy the quality of their food. If it's possible l suggest you pick up the food yourself. I eat there with my husband. There seems to be a problem with delivery,so l always either pick up or eat there. Go and enjoy your favorite Chinese food.

i can't speak for the other reviews on here. personally, it was the best chinese I've had in ages, and the prices were more than fair. The only negative thing I can say about Empire is that I wish they accepted debit.
