Empire Taco is a locally owned small business. The family that runs the restaurant is so kind and hard working. They catered a lunch for our school for over 500 people. We got the pork fried rice, veggie spring rolls, pork dumplings, sesame chicken, and veggie lo mein. All of the food was delicious and our students couldn’t get enough. We would love to cater from them again.

The tofu here is always cooked so perfectly, I usually get it with orange sauce and the texture is always crispy and soft on the inside. Some of the best tofu I've ever had. One of my favorite places for a quick, cheap, vegan/vegetarian meal.
